Q: Hello Peter and Team. I am looking at selling MX to decrease my number of positions in the materials sector and looking to increase my current Nutrien exposure. Do you think that this is the best way to go, or should it be the reverse and what would be your reasoning?
Thank you.

Q: Just wandering why you do not include very many reits in any of your portfolios? Some of the reits seemed to have had a pretty good year so far in 2019.
Keep up the good work.
