Q: In their earnings report yesterday, Dream Industrial REIT indicated their net asset value per unit was $16.79. With a current unit price of only $11.96, the NAV is 40% higher than the current market price of the units. Is this large a discount to NAV unreasonable? Are the units really that undervalued? It trades at about 12 times FFO. Is that a cheap valuation and is that a more significant way of looking at the unit price than the net asset value?

Q: Hi team,
The rumors about Intel being broken up and sold to Broadcom and TSMC (may be) seems to be on again! Will it stick this time? Internet rumors are flying high! I saw one figure of upto 47$! (Reddit) Though mostly around 30$.
Some say this is not going to fly. No foreign ownership of US chips!! Trump is the President BTW:)
If I were to write covered call, how high would you suggest that I go?
Any thoughts or opinions?

George Weston Limited 5.20% Preferred Shares Series III (WN.PR.C)
Q: Hi 5i
Since Loblaws redeemed there preferred shares I've been thinking of replacing them with TRI.PR.B and a Weston preferred share. What do you think of this and which Weston preferred would you buy and why? I now have a good amount of preferred shares in my portfolio in many large good US and Canadian companies. My only concern with these is there liquidity. What would be a reasonable amount of ones portfolio to put into these.
