Q: Everyone. If you were 30 years old today, what ten stocks (Canada or US) would you buy? Clayton
Q: A cursory look suggests CAP REIT, in spite of its fall in price, still trades at a high multiple to FFO. How much of an impediment is this to the recovery of this stock? I have held CAP through a tough multi-year stretch, liking its conservative approach, being in residential (vs other sectors), its selling non-core properties to invest in newer buildings, etc. Interest rates have hurt, but that trend line may be changing. What does 5i think of CAP here. Is it worth holding in a TFSA for better days?
Q: With their US acquisition all but effectively locked (only Canadian regulator to go), is this a good buy? For small cap growth over the next year or two?
Q: Kraken robotics uses Sophic Capital, which describes itself as a full-service capital markets advisory and investor relations firm for public and private growth companies.
Is it fair to think of them as a "promoter"? Usually I associate companies using a promoter as being scammy pump and dumps.
What is your take on Sophic and it's track record? Is it a legit expense for Kraken to spend on their services, or are they paying them to promote the stock and generate liquidity rather than using those funds to grow the business?
Do you like the stock now that it's trading around the $0.95 bought deal price, or is this creating an overhang and being propped up by a promoter?

Q: Good morning, Is there any particular reason why Lumine has had so many down days recently, thanks?
Q: Can I please get your thoughts and opinion about selling a position in TEAM to initiate a new position in TSLA for a long term hold?
Thanks, hopefully a million:)

Q: I currently own a 3% total portfolio in international markets. I plan to raise my total international exposure to 10% from new money available. Do you think it is safe to do so. My U$ exposure is at 42%. No bonds, 7% in money markets.
I currently own XIN and ZWE for distribution. Is there overlap between VI, XEF and XIN? How would you proceed? Can you rank and propose what my options are among these ETFs with the % you would allocate to each 2 or3 ? I don't want EMs.
Thank you for your precious help. You've made me wonders since I use your services.

Q: Hi 5i!
Piggy backing off one of my last questions on building a solid portfolio from scratch through diversification et al(THANK YOU!). Knowing you cant get personal; looking for some mid to long term hold recommendations (either US or CA) in the following sectors with growth upside in mind as I have significant cash (250K+) sitting in my RRSP doing nothing. I am currently quite top heavy in Tech and own the above in registered and non-registered accounts.
If you have several recos for a sector, can you please rank in order of preference. Additionally, if there is a sector that can be put to the side with the idea of prioritizing others, I would be keen to know. Also open to add ETF's to represent a sector. As always, thanks a million. I love your service.

Q: If it were your money, what would be your number one choice for parking a large sum of money ($200,000+) for a 3-8 month period to 1) maximize return, 2) minimize risk and 3) maximize liquidity. Can you please give me just one top choice for CND dollars as well as USD.
There seems to be a few options from reading previous questions but I am getting decision paralysis trying to compare them all, Your commens are most appreciated.

Q: Good Monday Morning,
Just read Gordon Papes article in the Globe regarding oil demand.
What is your general take on the article?
I do not hold any producer stocks but lots of infrastructure equities - for income - ENB, PPL, KEY,, etc.
Should I be concerned and making changes?
Thanks very much.

Q: Hi. Could you please provide me with Visa's 1,3 and 5 year estimates for eps and revenue growth? Given its present price, would you be a buyer of it for a long-term hold? If not, what would you consider a 'good' price for purchase?
Q: Good morning,
If one wanted to have a 1-2% portfolio weight in US private equity, what one PE firm would you recommend? KKR? BX?
Thanks very much.

Q: A comment on Scotialine's handling of NVDA split. I have both Scotia and BMO Investorline accounts and Investorline handled it flawlessly, Scotia did not. Also I recently opened RIFF accounts in each discount broker. Investorline RRIF is active(for 2 weeks now) and the process was smooth. I am still waiting for Scotia's to come online. I'm seriously considering scrapping my Scotia accounts and moving them to another discount broker but don't want everything at Investorline for security reasons. May try Questrade or Simplewealth, not sure yet.
Q: Hello 5i team, HPS.A is currently down 32% since I bought in. What are your outlooks on HPS in the future? I was planning on a long-term hold.
Q: My question is about CreditRiskMonitor (CMRZ) they are solvent from what I can gather but their main competitor Dun & Bradstreet Holdings (DNB) is not, what can you tell me about CMRZ besides it is tightly/majority held by the Flum family?
