Q: I have US cash to deploy and want to do so gradually in stages. I am already well invested in US Tech and I also have decent positions in COST and AMZN. Could you recommend some other US companies - those that have been unfairly punished by the virus that could be good long term investments. Also looking for some international exposure.

Q: I'm hoping you can help me, as I'm struggling to determine where to deploy cash right now.

I've been following your advise to not try and time the bottom, and have been adding to positions every 2 weeks - starting initially with tech stocks that have done well for me over the past 3 years like SHOP, KXS, and CSU.

Now most of my tech stocks have bounced back to record highs, so I'm not sure what to do next.

Should I add to stocks that remain down a lot, but whose business prospects are now more challenging for the foreseeable future (ie. CAE, DOO, MG, LSPD, AW.UN)? Or should I invest in companies that are down a little, but have not performed well for me in the past, but which I continue to hold for diversification (ie. BNS, GUD, PBH, SIS, CCL.B, SJ)?

I have a 25 year time frame, with a higher risk tolerance.

Q: I am looking for safe dividends and believe all of these companies meet that criteria (although recognizing that nothing is for sure these days). I would like to buy 2 companies. Which 2 would you pick from this list?

Q: After the BIP.UN spinoff I now own shares of both of these. For simplicity, I only want to hold one. Selling BIP.UN and buying BIPC in non-registered account will have tax consequences so, on the surface, it seems I should sell BIPC and buy more BIP.UN. Do you see any reason in a long term hold to own one vs the other?

Due to market conditions, noted exchange postponed the major indexes re-balancing, Tech is near 1/4 of S&P index,
1 What may effect the most sectors weighting post re-balancing? how does it work?
2 Earning season just kicked in, major tech earnings will be coming out next week, what's your predictions for the tech sector in general?

Q: My question is regarding POW. It seems to have been hit harder than a lot of others in the financial sector. I figure IGM's low growth is likely a drag on the stock, and low interest rates aren't exactly helping GWO.

Would you be concerned about POW's lofty yield and whether or not the current dividend can be sustained in this environment?

Do you have any issue in bringing my portfolio weighting up to 5% in this stock at today's price?

Q: Hi 5iTeam - I am interested in buying shares in an online gaming company. My first choice would probably be TSGI but since it is amalgamating with Flutter I would need to go through a broker to either buy or sell in the future. Since it very difficult to connect with a customer service representative over the phone these days (understandably) do you have any other suggestions for three or four companies in this field that trade on any of the markets in Canada or the U.S. They don't have to be companies with pristine balance sheets but at least ones that have decent fundamentals and management along with a good chance of coming out on the plus side in the next few years. Q: Hi 5iTeam -I am interested in buying shares related to copper exploration and/or production and in particular Trilogy Metals. For some reason I am not able to buy these shares online in my TD Waterhouse accounts and need to go through a representative. Of course there are long wait times due to the environment we live in now so I am wondering if there are any other companies in the copper field that might have reasonable potential for success. Anything in the junior exploration stage is fine as well as an actual producer. Two important components are a balance sheet that would get the company through the next couple of years as well as decent management. Any exchange in Canada and the U.S. is fine.
