Q: Can you please comment on IPA.V?
It has been on the rise since entering the covid-19 vaccine/therapy race. They appear to be a legitimate company not just ones of these pump and dumps targeting the latest trend.
Their last report indicated they were nearing profitability.
Thanks for your insight.

Q: Hi 5i
What will Sanofi’s sale of its’ stake in Regeneron do to the price of regeneron? What is the $$ value and % of the REGN market cap? (about $12b?) Will Sanofi keep any of its regeneron interests). 5i pls look at the technicals and suggest an entry point? As the sale is to be completed by December (or the lock up) should one wait?
Many thanks,

Q: I purchased AMGN - 18 months ago for $243.00. Since that time, it has come up to that level a year ago and recently twice this year. I have had the stock 18 months and I am still under water. 5i likes this stock in the health field - how much longer do you think it will take before I see a profit? On another note today the 26th - the market had the biggest run in ages, but participants (mostly tech) NVDA, PYPL, SHOP, KXS along with other techs, did not participate and went the other way. Were people selling these stocks to raise money to buy the other ones that went up? I know you will have the right answer. Thanks Dennis
Q: I have pretty much thought of GUD as a long, long term hold, and one that would be good to have in a market crisis when they could put their cash to work efficiently. But there it was and they didn't. Its starting to feel like aside from being generally close to book value, there is not much to see here. Have you had reason to rethink your position on GUD? Thank-you.

Q: Like the TV detective Columbo I have "one more question". Why does VMD only have one analyst and PTQ has 5. Even though there seems to be more interest (volume and $) /activity in VMD shares than the PTQ shares.
Q: Why is VMD moving so much today on huge volume.
Why after PTQ's great quarterly numbers and their recent conferences call in which they seemed to give fulsome answers including the fact that they have received a 7 million dollar grant from the government and they think prospective acquisitions are becoming more reasonable.
Is there still an ongoing relationship between this two companies which were split from PMH. They both seemed to be in a segments of the market which are rocking and seem to have a good long term perspectives. With the on going aging demographics and the current trend to stay home because of fear of nursing homes and hospitals they seem to be strategically well positioned. Also when do these companies shake of their previous image?

Q: Hi Peter and Staff
In my US Healthcare basket I currently own PFE , JNJ,STYK, and MDT
a)Are there other US Healthcare names that you would substitute for any of the 4 as part of a basket?
b) I also own CSH.UN and SIA and love the dividends and am hopeful of a price jump based on your previous replies of that beaten up sector getting to the other side. In a basket approach are there other names in the US that would warrant a trimming of either of those two or of SIS or GUD to own on a long term basis total return dividends and capital gains?
Thanks for all you do
Dennis

Q: WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR OPINION ON AKUMIN.
Thanks Richard

Q: Moderna seems interesting for all the wrong reasons. I know they are promotional as you like to put it, but they don't seem to have a single product yet, indeed nothing is even at the clinical testing phase. Their minimal income I presume is from some deals with larger companies and/or simply interest from their cash horde. Do you know of anyone in the leadership with a dubious past or any other reason to suspect out and out malfeasance?

Also a comment on your service. It has paid for itself many times over! Just yesterday saved $1200 by using Norberts gambit. Something I would not have done if not for being part of the 5i community. Thanks for educating the individual investor.

Q: Hi group I believe that Tech + health + gold will be the leaders when we come out of recession. Can you give me a list of 2 ETFs for each sector along with 2 individual stocks you like for Canada + USA. Am also interested you take on my sectors that will lead the recovery and should I start picking away or wait ??? (I believe the market are vastly overbought and does not factor in the economic reality that the virus is going to do to the market. Please deduct credits at your discretion.
Q: What are your thoughts on the prospects for SQI Diagnostics.
Thanks Richard

Q: Hello
I have owned CVS for a approx two years. I am down just over 10%.
Although rumors of Amazon opening up online pharmacy seemed to have died down. Debt I think (correct me if I am wrong)is holding the stock price down?
I am thinking of dumping it for Medtronics although it is a completely different business although still related to health care. I think more chance of stock price upside?
Can I have your opinion on this change?
Thanks
Stephane
