Q: I've been building out a sub portfolio in my registered account with the above stocks. It's hard to turn down 5-7% yields + growth potential.

Do you perceive any major crossover/risk with the holding all of the above / should I consider consolidating?

Q: Thanks for the recent report on DIR.UN.

What is the current FFO payout ratio, and is it sustainable in a prolonged stagflationary environment should it occur ?

I was thinking of pairing this REIT with something in the Self Storage sector such as LSI. Would this be a good plan, or is there a better REIT pairing ?

In general, I thought REITs overall would be performing better in this current bout of inflation. Is it all about interest rates?

Q: I am interested in purchasing a Canadian renewable energy company, for an investment income-focused portfolio (retired individual); prefer eligible dividend (eg, BEPC vs BEP.UN). Anyways, among 3 options listed (AQN, BEPC, NPI), is there one that you would favor (long-term hold for income generation)?

Q: The info on your website indicates an ex-dividend date of August 12? That is also reflected on Yahoo. I'm thinking that's wrong, and is more likely November 12. Thanks.

Q: Regarding ADW, back in February you indicated you would be fine holding for a while and that the worst was possibly over. At that time, the stock price was between $7.00 and $8.00 from Feb 22 to Mar 22. What are your thoughts now that stock price is in the $ 5.00 range ? Should I continue to hold until the next earnings release (I am getting the ~ 5% dividend which is some help). What are expectation for next earnings and at what point do I cut my losses and move on (how bad would earnings have to be) ??
