Q: TRP.PR.J is being redeemed at the end of this month. I own share in this security. I would like to reinvest in another minimum rate reset preferred share. Can you provide some suggestions please?

Q: Help with Business 101 please. It seems counter intuitive that Nvidia is altering their chips so they’re less desirable for mining crypto currency? I understand crypto is a volatile market and Nvidia previously got caught with too much supply. But overall if 2 customers are willing to pay the same for a product, why would the company show a preference towards one buyer over another?
Also, regarding the chip shortage, I thought Nvidia produced chips but it sounds like they’ll be caught up in the shortage. What type of companies will benefit from the chip shortage if any? Thank you for providing this valuable service!

Q: I hold full positions in both WELL (growth portfolio) and PKI (balanced portfolio). Wonder about overweighting these two positions by adding to them as WELL seems to have near term upside and PKI as a reopening recovery that is still appears to be reasonably priced. The additions would be like 50% of the target weighting. Also I'm prepared to hold for the longer-term, like 5 years. Does this make sense or are there better opportunities? .......Thanks for the insights.......Tom

Q: I am reading "Machine Learning for Algorithmic Trading" by Stefan Janson. It states that algorithmic trading in '19 accounted for 35% of institutional trading (excluding HFT) that is increasingly dominated by ML driven systems (Rebellion Research, Sentient, Aidyia,..) and of course we all know about Renaissance.
I am curious about any comment you might have on that topic, do you see value in this for your style of trading and maybe even considered using it. Your results are already spectacular, so my question is driven only by intellectual curiosity.

Q: Hello,
This is a general question about purchasing mutual funds... would you please clarify the significance of the NAV .. for instance I'm looking at a fund that shows 116% growth from 2011 to date but the NAV was $20.00 at launch and is currently $13.6797... shouldn't the NAV be higher?
