Q: Huge and unexpected drop in stock price today that may be related too a decrease in the dividend.

For those who hold POU in a TFSA, do you see today's stock price huge drop as a buying opportunity or is the stock expected to be in the dog house for quite some time.

Thank you and I'll await your response.

Q: If Mark Carney becomes the next PM of Canada, would you expect a bump in share price for BN or BAM (similar to how TSLA rose after Trump's election win)?

Q: Hi Peter and Team,

With the intent of better opportunities elsewhere, would YOU be a seller of BCE held in a registered account? (A significant loss, given the time we've held BCE)

Or, would YOU consider it a hold?

If a seller, would YOU add to our current holdings in Telus?

Or would YOU not stay in the sector for the time being due to all the headwinds it’s experiencing?

Thanks for your help.

Q: Let us assume there is market downturn of 20% or greater. I am a retired senior and want to be cautious. I have TBills in US and Can.;
Also some BN, DSG , AEM and bonds like ZMMK. Also 10% in ZSP and VFV , XIU.
Any red flags here and suggest some additions. TAKE AS MANY CREDITS as needed to answer this. Thanks. Helen

Q: Both of these stocks are paying regular dividends and are on the cheap side. Sector balancing aside, what are your thoughts about adding either of these or both. If so, which do you believe will better sustain the dividend and add longer term value.

Thanks

Q: On Peter's last visit to Market Call 2 of his picks were ROAD and CLBT.

ROAD has not done well and CLBT started out doing well but has pulled back to the start.

Both of their recent performances have concerned me, especially ROAD.

Can you update his opinion on these 2. Has the outlook he outlined on BNN changed and why the dramatic pullbacks on both of these equities?

Thanks

Q: So Bill Ackman has a chunk of Brookfield Corp. shares. What percentage does he own ? What do you think he is up to ? I imagine the “ founding fathers “ would circle the wagons to prevent too much mischief from occurring. Any scenarios as to what could happen. I own some shares and am doing well , thanks to your recommendation. Derek

Q: Am I reading this right, so BN no longer owns the 76% of BAM's asset mgmt business? How much does BN still own of BAM the company?

Finally, last week we closed the previously announced transaction between BAM and Brookfield Corporation, and as a result, BAM, with 1.6 billion shares now outstanding, owns the entire asset management business at an equity market capitalization approaching $100 billion.”

Q: We never owned any Gold companies, but, looks like, some exposure is warranted, given a so much uncertainty, as a result of constantly changing rhetoric of Mr Trump and Trade/Tariffs tensions.

Do you agree ?

Is Agnico Eagle a decent name for the sector and would you be comfortable starting a new position in Agnico Eagle, after Today's drop ?

Thank You

Q: I am heavily tech weighted and am considering selling my entire position in NVDA and some CRWD as I have large gains in both. I would use the proceeds to buy positions in FLUT and SYK. I would still have position in AMZN, ASML, CRWD, GOOG, META, MSFT and VRT.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you.
