Q: Good morning,

Looking for your insights on owning gold stocks at current levels( ie AEM, ABX) - gold seems to be languishing , what would be the catalysts for gold and gold equities to move higher?

Q: Hello

Regarding VRIF, I saw a YouTube recently that said that the 4 percent payout will remain constant and that if each unit drops below $25, Vanguard will reduce the monthly payout. Does that make sense? I am somewhat mathematically challenged but from what I understand, if I buy an ETF at a lower price today, I will earn a higher percent payout than if I bought it at a higher price. I'd appreciate your input regarding VRIFs payout.

Q: Can you please rank the following cancer related stocks based from best to worst based on your understanding of which are currently under appreciated based on their potential to cure or prevent cancer? To put it another way, do any of them have technology that could become significantly larger businesses than they are today in treating or detecting cancer?

Q: I inherited the following:McKenzie Strategic Income Fund;McKenzie Strategic Income Ser.A;Invesco Strategic Yield Fund;BMO Income ETF Portfolio;BMO Concentrated Global Balanced Fund.Are these suitable investments in the present rising rate,volatile environment and where applicable, are there ETF's

In a TFSA with PKI as the only "energy" holding, would you be OK with a switch to ENB? (Higher yield, lower beta, more conservative) The recent dropping of PKI from 5i's portfolio is another reason, and it's been quite a "dog" for me.

Q: I think I may have timed out before submitting this question earlier.

I wanted to know your views on swapping DHR for ISRG in my health care allocation, which currently includes SYK and WELL. I know you like ISRG today, perhaps more than you did a couple of years ago when you had concerns about their business in China. Is China a significant part of their business? And your DHR concerns seem centred on their higher levels of debt which are being paid down.

I have done well with DHR but I am wondering if ISRG's growth profile is considered higher without taking on a significant increase in risk. Or would one of my other holdings be a better swap? Or is "do nothing" the best course?

Appreciate your insight.
