Q: Miss on earnings, I didn't see this coming. Do you find this a surprise, I saw things improving here? Time to sell or would you suggest patience?

Q: I own Pet Value and am down 30%. The company's financials indicate continuing growth and it seems well managed. Is this a buying opportunity or a hold. Your opinion please. Thanks. Gerry
Q: Hi
Just wondering if you have any insight into Pan American's recent weakness. Their Q2 results looked decent with an improving margin and fairly good free cash flow. As well, the guidance provided in the MD&A remained consistent with prior guidance.
Perhaps the stock was overvalued relative to the current commodity pricing?
Thank you

Q: Could I have your opinion on PFE earnings please. I see from your notes that Pfizer is not your favorite; could I have your view on its recovery potential please from what appears to be a depressed level.
Q: Can you give me an in depth look at Tantalus Systems recent earnings report and outlook going forward. If it helps, you can wait until after the conference call and respond then if you wish if that will help with your assessment.
Q: I was planing to start a position before earning release but have read that Nvdia’s latest artificial intelligence chips (Blackwell B200) may be delayed by three months or more due to design flaws. I’m wondering what impact this could have on the stock. Thankyou.

Q: Thoughts on BNS's minority stake acquisition of KeyCorp? Initial market reaction is not positive, but wondering if this is a good time to add to a position?
Q: hi folks...thoughts on Q2 for Tamarak tve/t....appears to be a good Q, and company has turned the corner??....merci beaucoup, jb
Q: Any reason for the price drop today? Thanks.
Q: I currently hold NVDA in non-registered account and two registered accounts. In view of the poor performance and perhaps a low future growth in the automotive industry, I am thinking of selling my position in the non-registered account, harvest a capital loss and initiate a position in NVDA. I am trying to take advantage of the pullback in NVDA and increase the growth profile. Understanding your limitation in providing advice on this move, your opinion of the pros and cons of this switch would be appreciated.
Q: Hi, Could you please comment on Constellation results. Is is a Buy for adding some shares at $4075-$4100 level ? Thank You
Q: Can you comment on their earnings release and the balance sheet? Is this company worth accumulating at these levels or best to look elsewhere? Thanks
Q: Correct me if I am mistaken but Shop missed estimates and the stock tanked then they beat estimates last week and the stock soared. Over the past 2 days the stock is up approximately 30%. Does the erratic performance make one doubt their ability to at least achieve estimates, let alone exceed them? I assume it is the company’s executives who project the upcoming numbers! Is executive compensation reasonable? I seem to recall a recent comment that executive compensation was ridiculously high. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

Q: I am an income investor. Can you please explain, with falling interest rates, the risks associated to making a significant bet on Superior Plus Company (SPB). From my reading, the 9% dividend is well covered by earnings and the debt, though significant, is coming down. The company is making money with a largely captive audience and the day to day share price is largely irrelevant to me. With a 5 year, plus, horizon, I don’t get the low share price. Is this a poor man’s Enbridge?
Thanks for the help!!
Thanks for the help!!
Q: All three companies came out with decent financials and all are down significantly with these results. GSY was the best and it is down 7 dollars. What if they had been bad results. Seems like you cant win in this enviornment. I feel like cashing out everything and waiting. This was also during very good trading days after the collapse. Does this sound wise because of an impending slowdown.
Q: Hi 5I. I, unfortunately got into this equity at too high a price point ($54). I have to believe it has a good growth future. I am contemplating averaging down but obviously hesitant due to the proverbial falling knife. What say you?

Q: hi 5i,
NTR,T,MG? I own these blue chip laggards. can you recommend them as BUY,HOLD, or SELL please. If any are a sell, could you suggest a few replacement names (CDN) with similar dividend yield and more (hopefully) share price growth potential? I am fine holding all for long term if you think the weakness is just cyclical.
cheers, Chris

Q: Dear 5i team.
Now that NTR has announced, and results were not a disaster, at what price would you consider a full position. Last price I saw in the archives said 65 as good entry point. It's now sub 63, so .5 position now and add into weakness, or wait it out for now?
Appreciate your help.

Q: Previous answer: We think software may be the next area to move, with names like PLTR. There is some consolidation happening but we do not see AI as being 'over' as a theme.
