Q: With a 5-10 year time horizon, can you recommend any dividend stocks which have stable dividends and high yields due to current market conditions? I think that RioCan and Enbridge both fall into this category and would be interested in similar stocks that have a yield in the 8-10% range.

Q: Hi Folks,
I want to shake up my small cap holdings. I would like to add some of your favorites such as WELL, STC and PHO. I currently have losses in AKU, CHR, EIF and TCL.A......should I continue to hold these or sell to free up some cash for better opportunities. It's a registered account so no tax implications.

Q: I hold OGI (-67%), SPB (-18%), TCL.A (-20%), and RCI.B (-10%) all at the losses indicated. Which would you buy more of, hold, or sell? Would you switch RCI.B for more BCE or T, both of which I already hold? I'm looking for capital gains with a dividend, when possible. Thanks for your insight.

Q: I held this company a fair while before the big acquisition. I sold for tax loss in Dec. and then bought back in Jan. for $16/sh; then, CV-19. They are still a major printer; so, I am thinking that they are not doing as much with all the closures. Do you think this is baked into the stock? How much debt. have they been paying off and do you think the dividend is sustainable? I am thinking of adding to my position - a tiny % of my total holdings of approx. 30 stocks.

Q: Hello 5i,
Thank you for providing a clear and modulated message through the past 2 months.
For a 5-10 year hold could you rank the top 10 highest (TSX) yielding stocks with the safest dividends. ( strongest balance sheet, lowest payout ratio, historical dividend growth, etc).
Could you also rank them separately in terms of bounceback / growth potential over the next 2 to 3 years?
There may be redundancy in this question vs others asked and the 5i portfolios - so please take as many credits as necessary.

Q: Wajax and Transcontinental have several things in common : mid single digit p/e, moderately high yield, relatively safe pay-out ratio, and a turnaround in earnings seems possible. Can you think of any other companies whose profile hits the 4 previously mentioned criteria. Thank you.

Q: Hi. I own TCL.a in a non-registered account & NFI in a TFSA, both at a huge loss currently. My questions are:
1) What do you think is the risk of continuing to hold these stocks now?
2) What do you think of their potential over the next year and in the years beyond? Do you think they can recover?

Since NFI is inside my TFSA, should I sell it and buy something else? TCL.a could sell for a capital loss. If I have to sell either one, which one should go first? Or should I wait another quarter before doing so? Thanks for your help.
