Q: I am thinking about buying either PPL, FRU or PEY, mainly for the dividend. Which one is the best quality and has the best prospects of its share price rising?

Q: These 2 stocks have done really well.

5i reccommended TSAT in a recent portfolio update and is now approx $6 higher than when you recommended it. Moved nicely on the govt contract news etc. My question here is what would you reccommend to enter this stock. A) Buy it at market now, B) Average in 1/3 at a time C) Sell an April 30 put at approx $3.5? or D) just wait out the volatility and buy it at a stink price between 25 and 30?

Secondly on a Tom Lee podcast he waxed eloquent about SATS and told listeners that if they don't own it go and buy it. Doesn't do that often with individual stocks. What is your opinion of SATS, it has really come a long way too this year. Would you consider it a buy?

Q: Greetings 5i, I would like to revisit the investment thesis for Ilumina, sold it for a tax loss but the stock spiked up on earnings and has continued to rise. Q: Hi Peter and team,

Our Healthcare sector is under-represented according to Portfolio Analytics. We do own VHI and are down, but most of what I read indicates a compelling case for VHI. As an example, National Bank Direct Brokerage rates it as outperform. Its current position is 0.76% of our Total Portfolio Equity Weight, and our only other sector holding (other than some diversified ETFs) is SIA with a Total Portfolio Equity Weight of 3.34%.

Would you be a buyer at current levels?

Q: Do you expect the new offer for QIPT to go through as is?
If it does, what will be the price received for CAD shares? Is it simply the actual exchange rate on a certain date, or does some manipulation have to be factored in?

Q: This equity appeared recently in my RRIF account…..I did not receive any information about a spin off from any of my holdings but maybe I wasn’t paying attention. I presume that’s where it came from. A Danish company I believe, listed on the NYSE. Can you enlighten me please.

Q: High level and subjective question about CSU. They historically bought mature slow growth SASS businesses with very little organic growth. Now the market perceives a risk that AI will disrupt their businesses. CSU will need to innovate rapidly to meet this challenge, BUT, CSU does not have a culture of innovation. Do you think CSU can rapidly become innovative at scale when that is so far from their core competency? Do they have the DNA to innovate AI into their businesses?

I've noticed that NBIS has variously been top, mid and lower mid in your growth rankings for US stocks depending on the day. How are you feeling about its prospects these days - both for a 2 year, 5 year and 10 year horizon?

Q: As TD has just added some commission free ETFs, I'm thinking of using TPU to add to my US holdings. I've previously used ZSP. Despite ZSP's being the 500 with TPU's being the index, they seem to have performed pretty much in tandem. Am I missing something in thinking it's fine to hold both as long as my total US holdings are in line with my desired percentage? I have no individual US stocks.
