Q: I had an interest charge of $13 on my TFSA statement (investorsedge CIBC). Because I sold and bought on the same day - they agreed to wave it but told me I had to wait 2 days now on my TFSA after selling to access the cash.
Comments, thoughts? Anyone else have similar or different experiences?

Q: please list 3 Canadian companies and 3 US companies with moats also show their forward P/E versus their historical P/E. in your list please exclude V. MA. and CP and CNR. thanks Richard

Q: Leaving personal portfolio situations aside...based on current market environment would 5i buy either of these companies at current levels...or do you consider them overbought...and lastly, would you buy one over the other. Let's assume a 12 month time horizon.

Q: Nvidia has quickly become 5% of my portfolio. I love the firm but it's been a meteoric recovery. In 2-3 years do you see it higher or is it time to take some off the table? Same question for WSP which has doubled for me now representing 4.68%

I know allocations are personal - just looking for how you manage your winners. I typically have a 6% max threshold on any one stock.

Q: Please comment on their year end numbers. Company sounds promising.

Q: Retired, dividend-income investor. I hold AQN in my RRSP, bought it in 2011 at $5.60 (not a typo) and have trimmed it multiple times due to asset allocation. Not that it matters, but I am still up 15% over my ACB.

Looking forward is what really matters. AQN is up roughly 20% from it's low of around $9/share. Q#1 = Do you think AQN can continue their short term performance?

I hold AQN, FTS, TRP, NNRG, NRGI, and utility-energy stocks held within CDZ, ZLB, ZWC. Q#2 = What conservative utility or infrastructure stocks should I consider that might "fill the gap" in my current holdings? Please list 4-6 stocks for me to do further research on.

Q#3 = Should a component of "renewables" be a consideration? That was one of the reasons for holding AQN. Ideas?

So the bottom line is = what's done is done. AQN appears to be starting to recover and there is always the chance of being bought out.
1. Hold of sell,
2. Replace with what,
3. Include renewables?

Q: Can you comment on latest news today about PKI valuation by Engine Capital. What might transpire going forward? What impact do you think it will have on share price? Is this a time to buy?

Q: I am 74, retired with a good pension. 20% of my investment holdings are in laddered GICs, 6% in HFR. Remaining portfolio is in equities. If interest rates are expected to level out over the next year or 2, would you consider moving some fixed income funds into longer term fixed income? Keeping the same ration of fixed to equities.

Any idea on why ATZ can't seem to catch a bid lately? Especially on a day like today...it's still down when other stocks in the sector are up today. I don't really understand where the weakness is coming from as everything in their last release and the future prospects looks points to the company firing on all cylinders so to speak. As best you know, are they generally chasing the same customer as GSY does in their loans business, and would you see Propel more for income, growth, or expect a bit of both? Thanks kindly.
