Q: you recently answered a question on august 13 about higher / better / safer quality dividend stocks with yields in the 3-5 % range (vs going after yields over 6 %).

What would you consider to be the top 10 of this 3-5 % yield higher quality dividend stock category?

Q: Clarification, with respect to your answer re the guess for the next rate on these Debs. The way I understand it is as follows

The rate is calculated via 6.5 Pus or minus the rate of change in inflation, not the rate of inflation. Thus is the change of roi is 2% next march the interest rate on the debs would be 6,5-2=4.5

From csu ir news release:
This new interest rate is equal to the annual average percentage change in the “All-items Consumer Price Index” published by Statistics Canada during the 12 month period ending on December 31,

Q: In responding to a question regarding ZSML in Nov 2021 you stated "While volume is low, it has $351M in assets, and is likely quite profitable for the bank at that level." I see that, according to TDW, it now has $166.2M in assets. At this lower level would you still see it as profitable for the bank? Are the assets lower due to investors selling units? You have indicated recently that small caps could be coming into their own, so is ZSML a good option to add to my small caps at this time? Many thanks.

Q: During the volatility shock two weeks ago (I’m writing this on Aug 18), you wrote the following in an emergency note to subscribers: “We would keep some powder dry as the type of volatility we will see this week can last a while.” In light of the stock market bouncing back so strongly, do you feel differently now? Q: Hi Team,
Two part question. Firstly, like a fool I sold out of crwd at the worst possible time during the selloff in anticipation of more bad news and to raise cash in the overall sell off. Ever since it seems to be on a steady rise back up. Is it time to buy back the shares or should I wait until after earnings?
Second; do you see any compelling buys out there today to put new cash to work? If so what are some of your favourite names to purchase today Canadian and US. I was looking at adding to propel possibly …it boggles me it had such strong results and a muted share price ; not sure why but it seems undervalued. Same with go easy but I am already over weight in that one.
