Q: Hello 5i,
I am glad to see that you are still answering questions about bonds and bond funds. I sent in a question the other day about BND, an American bond fund and was told that you don't deal with bonds. These questions are important to us, however.

Regarding the answer you gave to Fred on Feb 15, regarding this bond fund. You said that with distribution for this year, the fund is still under water, only slightly, though.

I continue to buy bonds but with trepidation these days. With such a question and such an answer, for instance, I am asking myself why I would buy a bond fund if I was going to lose even a bit of money? Wouldn't I be better in a high interest savings account?
thanks for the great service

Q: Hello and thank you for your great service. What can you tell me about ITP - Intertape Polymer Group? The long term trend has been positive; however, it seems for every 2 steps forward, there is always 1 step back. Is this company a favourite with day traders? I have been holding long term, so not a great concern; I'm just curious as to why there always seems to be a pull back.

Thanks again.

Q: Can you please give me your top 3-4 industrial stock picks. Looking at adding some diversity to my holdings, 5% industrial. Don't have any industrial picks other than what is held in ZDV. Moreover, if I hold physical gold and silver would this be considered material sector allocation?

Q: FCU used to be "liked" by you some time ago (couple of years) when it was around 1.90$. It went down from there to below 0.50. Recently however the stock has been rising, gaining 40% since beginning of 2017. I wonder why, when there is so much talk about deregulation of energy industry especially oil, gas, and coal which are far safer than nuclear. Where is the demand for uraniaum and specifically FCU coming from? Is it just sentiment (markets are rising) or this rise is based on significantly improved fundamentals or is it because of positive outlook? Do you think the momentum would continue and if so is it prudent to add to a very small position here?

Thanks as always!
