I have not look at the price in ages and am shocked it has fallen so much
It seems to be on the way to bankruptcy, maybe not.
I do like turn arounds and could see myself buying 10-20k shares .

Q: I would appreciate your comments regarding their earnings release and the dividend cut. The market did not like the cut in dividend, but I am wondering as to whether this might at some point be a buy. Their payout ratio seemed low for a reit, even with a very high dividend. If the eliminated dividend reduces debt, would they also be a takeover target for a larger reit/
Q: Greetings, this reit appears to have continuing modest improvements in operating results since reinstating its dividend last year but price continues to trend down. What is your updated opinion on future prospects? Continue to hold or sell?
