Q: Hi guys,
I have money to add to an RRSP account that currently has CCO, DOL, BN, and L. I’m retired and looking for steady eddys. Each of these has worked well and I will continue to hold. I’d like to add one between MG, NA, CSU, SJ, GRT.UN. Or perhaps something else you would recommend. I understand these are all completely different companies. Sector is unimportant. Just something that is solid as a rock and to hold before converting to RRIF in 5 years

Q: These stocks are held in my wife's RRIF - just turned 71 - start withdrawing 2026. QSR, NTR ,GSY & GRT.UN small positions. GSY added this year. Thinking of selling GRT.UN - stock has not done much & very small dividend increaser, QSR (500 shs) small position - not big dividend grower - thinking of selling, NTR held fora while - up a fair bit 44%, 500 shs - sell? Q: Appreciated your recent report on DIR. I am a long-term holder, and always thinking of adding more. It does seem to have been a bit challenged in the last year or two, and wondering how that compares to its' peers in industrial warehousing? Your report lists the peers as Prologis, yes, but also StorageVault (which I thought was primarily personal storage units) and Riocan, which is primary retail. What am I missing? Aren't there other industrial warehousing companies you can use for a more accurate comparison?

Q: Citing elevated redemption requests and tighter cash flows, some asset managers are joining a growing list of firms who are warning investors about changes to their real estate funds, which range from limited redemptions to reduced monthly distributions.

For example Trez Capital Mortgage Investment Corp, Nicola Wealth Management Ltd. and Centurion Asset Management Inc. informed investors about such changes. I own CAR.UN, KMP.UN and GRT.UN. Can I please get your thoughts for these three.

Q: I like that GRT. UN has diversified from majority special purpose real facilities to majority distribution & e-commerce facilities in then last 10 years. All other metrics look good for this REIT.

What do you think about GRT.UN at these levels? Should investors be concerned about Magna being the largest tenant of GRT.UN?

Any other REIT's you would recommend if a patient investor wanted to start building real estate positions?
