Q: I am under water now with DIR.UN, and have noticed that you are recommending GRT.UN more often as an Industrial REIT option. Should I switch?

GRT.UN has been outperforming, but is more expensive on valuation and has a lower yield than DIR.UN. We think both are fine. If only one, we would say we have a little bit more confidence in GRT.UN currently.
