Q: ERE today announced the sale of over 1 Billion in housing and commercial units. In addition a 41.13 special dividend and a 50% reduction in the dividend. I realize this will significantly improve the balance sheets, yet the company is small and will become much smaller. The stock price is up by 23c today. Is the stock worth keeping or should I sell it now. Will the share price gradually climb as it gets closer to the special dividend? What do you think of this sale?.

Q: This past spring I asked to look into your crystal ball and predict end of the year price of gold, the answer was $2600. Good job! Q: In the next couple of months, I will start a monthly drawdown of my RRSP account as a part of my retirement plan. Is there a good strategy for this, or perhaps an article you can send me to? I wonder if the cheese slice strategy is best, or planning ahead by a month or more by trimming the runners and stock-piling some cash so I'm not in a position to sell on a "down" day. Q: As a senior, I found the AI revolution quite confusing with so many companies involved. I wanted to understand their roles better before investing more. The explanations I found on Google were too technical and didn’t give me a clear picture. Then I discovered Bing and Meta AI, which were very helpful. I asked them to explain each company’s work using everyday analogies. Meta AI used the construction of a vehicle to illustrate each company’s role, and I found it much easier to understand. It was so interesting that I wanted to share it. Thanks!
