Q: I bought enb, in part of it's steady increase of dividend pay outs, how ever a talking head said that in the pass enb has been issuing debt to support the dividend, sounds like smoke and mirror, in the future they will need to cut back on the payouts, what are your thoughts, should I switch it to another pipeline. On another matter, I read your article in the globe, man I had to laugh, you have led an interesting career.

Q: Hello 5i team!

Your thought on adding ARKF (Ark ETF Fintech) versus buying Zillow or Open Door. With ARKF, I will add some bitcoins & fintech to my portfolio that I didn't own as well real estate selling/buying online. Zillow is down significantly after retreating from buying real estate, is it time to step in at today pricing. Thank you!

Q: I was listening to BNN market call and a guest explained that it is best to buy a stock or ETF when its price is under its NAV and to sell it when it is above its NAV. Can you explain a bit about the NAV and tell me where I find this info?

Q: My virtual 'conservative growth' portfolio has the above 10 stocks in equal wights. What two stocks would you add to round it out please? Please assume that I have 45% outside of this portfolio in fixed income. Are 12 stocks enough in your view? Q: As a retired income plus some growth couple in late 70's with only RRIF and tfsa accounts pls help. We had abbv 5.5%, zuh 5% then added mrk 3.5% lately based on the Covid pill and positive 5i info only to see a 15% drop on news and selloff. Should we sell mrk with the loss or hold. If sell what woul you suggest to add. Thanks
