Q: Hi,
is the current debt level for ABBV to risky in the current economic environment or is the projected cash flow enough to reduce this risk? Might this cause dividend increases in the future not to happen?
In some of your answers to questions from members regarding health care stocks in the US, you often mention the election as a possible concern. Could you expand on this please? I assume you mean that one party is better than the other for this sector.
Thanks,
Dan

Q: Hi,
why has the stock trended lower recently? I don't see any news that might cause this especially after their last earnings release. I assume it's possibly just the general market weakness.
Is this a good entry point at current levels if one doesn't own it?
Thanks,
Dan

Q: Looking at my communication holdings and it seems AT&T is declining over last couple of months compared to other holdings. Can't seem to find any significant reason why it should be different. Your perspective?
Q: These four fine companies are all RSI oversold at present. I know you like all of them, or have, and am wondering if they could be considered strong buys at these levels ( for long term holders) or whether best to wait and see what the coming weeks bring us all. What order of priority would you give them for current investment? BTW, thanks for the consistently calm and perspective-driven approach you take in your advice.
Q: I am managing my aunts portfolio who is entering retirement. She has $300K to invest with a 5 year time horizon. I like the 2% yield of VBAL, the 60/40 split, low MER and the simplicity of this all in one ETF, but would like to add 1 or 2 additional funds for some additional torque. What would you recommend?
Q: most if not all of these companies are down 20-30% and consequently many pay very high dividends; have they been unfairley thrown into the same bin as oil & gas companies by investors? Could this be a buying opportunity of undervalued solid companies.

Q: I am currently have a large position in Atco and it has been going down a lot since Covid. Going forward, what is your view of continuing to hold ACO.X vs a swap into FTS, ENB, AQN, or CU. Could a swap in either one or into a combination of these be of benefit for a long-term hold for a risk averse investor? What is your recommendation given the current valuations, recovery potential and future growth outlook?
Many thanks!

Q: RE; Healthcare,
I currently have a limited amount of healthcare exposure in my portfolio and looking to build the allocation. I hold some MDT in my US account, I have been adding to that holding on dips. I would appreciate hearing your favourite US and Canadian healthcare stocks.. Please provide your top choices for US and Canada plus any particular ETF's you like in the healthcare sector. Thank you, Patrick

Q: I am interested in starting a position in one or two of the above three companies. I know that Goeasy is a financial company and also pays a dividend. I therefore have a slight leaning toward Goeasy first.
Could you rate the 3 companies, best first with any pros and cons that you feel are noteworthy. What company do you feel might have the most upside in the next two or three years. Thanks for your wisdom and guidance. It has helped me on many occasions in purchasing good companies, such as Kinaxis and Lightspeed.

Q: My full service advisor has suggested I sell passive ETF's ZDY, ZGI & VDU and buy active fund Capital Goup Global International Equity (CIF 843). The passive holdings have no trailing commission the active fund does. But it seems the active fund performance is much better? Could please give me your opinion if this would be advisable - thanks for your usual great advice.
