Q: Early Oct. RingCentral announced a partnership with Avaya. The stock
gapped up and I sold.

Q: I am very conservative with a target asset allocation of 20% equity. I have a substantial cash position and would like to make some equity investments. My core investment is VCIP and I want to make some satellite investments. Please give me some ETF and individual stock ideas. Our defined benefit pensions cover our living expenses.
