Q: Scared of high valuation of Tech and Gold stocks I am thinking of switching some to Industrial and Consumer Discretionary ,which stocks you ADVICE OR Your opinion.

Q: I have about a 12% equity position in ZQQ. This etf has more than doubled since acquired in mid 2016 as part of portfolio realignment suggested by 5iResearch (Thanks 5i!!). With respect to sector allocation I have been assigning this etf as all technology. However, BMO breaks it down at about 50% tech with other sectors accounting for the other 50%. I understand that a great many stocks and etfs are spread over more than one sector or one geographic area. Please advise if I should continue to consider this as all tech sector for the purpose of sector allocation. Appreciate your help with this.

Q: ROOKFIELD, News, Aug. 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P. (TSX: BEP.UN; NYSE: BEP) (“Brookfield Renewable”) today announced that its subsidiary Brookfield Renewable Partners ULC (“Finco”) has exercised its right to redeem its CDN$400,000,000, 4.79%, Series 8 Notes, due February 7, 2022. The redemption will occur on September 14, 2020.
Question: Above is excerpt from company announcement. Is this mean that the company will issue new shares? if yes, do you know how much would be the conversion price?

Q: Hi 5i,

Any reason that Bill Holland (Board of Directors) sold a total of 270,766 shares at an average price per share of approximately $31.56. Do you think it will have negative impact to the stock? In general, Investors monitor insider buying and selling since buying activity is often seen as a positive sign that executives believe the stock will rise in the future. Conversely, insider selling can be seen that executives believe the company and its stock price may underperform in the future. Do you see any possible of underperform reason, please kindly advise.

Q: Hi i5,

According to "Buffett Indicator", when it's in the 70% to 80% range, it is time to throw cash at the market. When it moves above 100%, it's time to lean toward risk-off. Now Market Cap to GDP Ration > 100% means stocks in bubble territory. Do you think Canadian stocks may also in bubble territory? If US in bear market, do you think the above Canadian stocks which I am holding can be survived? Perhaps, should we start to off load which may be in danger during the bear market into cash, or switch among balance or income portfolio. Any suggestion?

Q: Hi Guys,

I have these tech companies inside my portfolio adding up to 40%, please rank them for long term growth (3 to 5 years). I would like to drop this percentage down to 25%.
