Q: In the hopes of confirmed China trade deals on the horizon and easing geopolitical tensions i'm curious about your feelings on INPUT and how they can stand to benefit? With China's ban on Canadian meat products being lifted, could we reasonably expect the Canola ban to follow suit? Any other names you may suggest that would see immediate upside from stronger US/Canada/China relations? Also do you know the payout ratio for INP? Thanks

Q: Could I have your take on the - Stonegate Capital Partners Updates Coverage published today. As a summary the report focuses on 7 points regarding the company, specifically the last 3 points IRR, inside ownership and valuation... do you agree with the points they make here? Then generally, do you view this report as useful investment information or do you see it more as an advertisement?

Q: I have been watching Input for a while now and it seems to now have pulled back to levels that are becoming interesting. I know there are law suits in the courts regarding some of their early loans and their earnings are very lumpy, quarter by quarter. They just introduced "mortgage streaming" whereby they use canola as payment for mortgages. I like the streaming aspect of this business and I see a fit in the Ag sector for a business like this. What do you think about Input at current levels? Thanks

Q: Stonegate Capital put out a favourable update today on Input Capital. They listed details like the market streaming initiative INP launched, noting the 180 new farmers y over y signed up, that this product has much higher margins than their legacy capital streaming contracts. In short Stonegate is endorsing INP. If Input Capital is not looking to raise money thus Stonegate has no opportunity for underwriting business then what motivation would they have for publishing this report... other than taking the report at face value? Should I be looking for bias here?

Q: INP Q4 number are out, there is a lot going on at this young company; increases in capital deployed, increased streaming sales... but only 1% increase in cash flow? What is your opinion on the Marketing Streaming initiative, they signed contracts with 190 farmers. Do you like these strategic steps management are making, and do you know management team?
