Q: Would you consider investments in these companies to be dead money over next 6 - 12 months?

Q: everyone seems to agree that the energy stocks have never been so cheap, ignored by investors etc.
can you see a way for those stocks to start getting recognized, should i start picking away.
i do not own any energy, but these is getting ridiculous.
i think jim cramer or one of those pundits said its because of millenials who hate oil, they are into electric. dave

Q: PHYS.U is traded in TSX in USD and PHY.US is traded in NYSE. Are they basically the same? What are the differences between them? Is the one traded in NYSE considered as US situs property for estate tax purposes of being domiciled in the USA? Thanks. Have a good day guys!

Q: You have always said that LSPD is very expensive and more risky than other stocks.
Also that it trades at 15X sales
For the last 3 years, haven't you said the same with SHOP which has gone from $50 to over $500 in 3 years time? Shouldn't we ignore them being expensive and just buy them? Of course, in a downturn, they will be hit the hardest.

Q: Good Day Team,
Presently I have no REITSs in my portfolio, so hoping to add some.
What is the best step to take?
Put equal amounts in all 6 stocks listed or put in priority order with certain percentage in each. I have $5000. to invest in REITs.
Secondly, what order would you put them in, from best to the lowest.
Lastly, is there any REIT that you would change or add that may be better.
Please use extra credits as needed.

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan and Team,

In my TFSA, I have some cash on hand and own the following stocks FTS, KXS, PBH, PHO, SIS and WPK, that are about equally weighted.

In light of the talk of a potential downturn at the moment, would you advise to add to any of the positions or should I open another position in some stock that you would recommend or should I just wait?
