Q: Raising cash and moving it into PSA. So far 10%.
Sold Zub.un into strength today . This gives a further 2% to add to current position in PSA.
Considering selling KWH.UN . Another 1% to add to PSA. Your thoughts please.
How will Kwh.un fare under recessionary pressure?

Q: I would like to reduce my utility / infrastructure holdings by one or two names. These are all partial positions except for FTS, which is full. Could you rank 1 - 7 in terms of keep:sell or just suggest one or two sell candidates? Thank-you.

Q: in your answers on crius you seem to be very cautious, but their earnings were good, their quite profitable, the yield is huge, you have it in your income portfolio, i think national bank has it on their list of top 25 stocks , they have a new credit facility, they are reducing costs, they have 1.4 million subscribers, so why the caution.dave

Q: Good morning Team! I would like to thank you all for the amazing technical work that you do for me! I work full time and it would be impossible to spend the time required to research companies.(even though I would love to) Above is a portfolio that I started and I am wondering what you would suggest to add? Investment timeline 10+ yrs.

Q: hi
Purely on a stock by stock basis, based on the short term possible performance of the stock, if you had to sell some of these stocks, which would (first 5) you sell and in what order? ( I like all of them but I want to reduce my leverage ) Do not consider them as a portfolio as I have other stocks in registered accounts. Reducing across all of them would not be efficient for the size of my account.
thank you
Francois

Q: This is a follow up question to Dorothy‘s question yesterday where she asked:
BNS is down 4.70%, ENB is down 9.22% and KWH.UN is down 38.20% ... Buy a new stock and if so can you give me some suggestions.

My feeling is that if a company is strong (eg ENB in the latest report) and the price is low, it is a good buy. If the company is questionable (KWH.UN for some reason recently) and possibly faltering, it is a risky buy. But your answer was “We don't like adding to stocks on a decline.”

Could you please clarify what you mean? I find the answer quite confusing, whereas your answers are usually very helpful.

Thanks.

Q: I've been a very satisfied customer of 5i since your early years, I've been introduced to many great investments, learned portfolio management skills that have made a much better investor. The area I am weakest in is a sell strategy, and I'd guess I'm not alone by reading your question section daily. Currently holding the above 3 companies with between 20 and 45% losses. What would your current thought on each be and perhaps a short overall sell strategy. Of course, deduct credits as you see fit.
