Q: I have a question about South Bow- Are they a true pipeline company only? In the event the price of oil rose, would they benefit from that, or do they get paid the same shipping a $70 barrel vs a $100 barrel? If the same then I feel it is a volume game, they get more revenue for extra barrels they ship. And the yield and price likely remain stable if WTI rises dramatically. If so then this is a pure income play not capital gain added on top. Thanks

Q: Can you go over your thoughts (other than sector differences) between these 2 types of products. I know they both use covered calls to generate additional income and that one is a split share.

Would a product like umax typically keep its payments at some level more consistently (as there is no preferred share to protect)? Is the upside (downside) potential higher on the split?

That is what I am thinking are the main differences but wondering if there are any other differences in how you see them.

If one was lookig at a swap from FTN to umax to keep a similar yield and lower leverage risk is that a reasonable view?

Q: I am currently at loss with TLT in my cash account. I want to sell it as tax loss. I am thinking buying HYPT in margin account with interest rate of 7.95%. HPYT has yield of 17.27%. So, theocratically I can make 9.32% if I do not sell it. I want to hold it for a medium term 3-5 years. Does it make sense? Will it be more risky than investing in TLT?
