Q: Great job in identifying this business. Another excellent pick by 5i. I have a great deal of faith in ATA’s business model and believe more factories/businesses will become automated for years to come. Do you believe ATA has the potential to grow organically into a behemoth or will eventually look to be taken out?
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Hi Guys
I see Absolute Software is down today 20% after their earnings announcement. After reviewing their quarterly report, and your answer on earnings this seems a bit overdone. Did you listen to their Conference Call? Just wondering your thoughts on what was the factor that has investors so worried? Would you be a buyer today on the price drop? Seems like the right software product for our times.
Thanks
Stuart

Q: Your thoughts on Z, please. The latest report showed revenues and earnings higher than estimates and future revenues predicted to be +2 billion, yet the stock was down about 10%.

Q: I have been a longtime holder of SMU and have done well from it The stock has been on a tear lately, now yielding only 2.81 % and is now 10% of my ( non registered) portfolio and 5% of total portfolios. I am reluctant to reduce but wondering if a trimming is in order. Please comment on its technical characteristics. Also own Crombie and HR reits. Ignoring stock weighting,I suppose if I want to trim my reits it should be the one with the least potential and worst metrics, not the one that has given me the best return so that means to trim HR. Your thoughts are appreciated. Derek
Q: Hi 5i,
I own the Preferred shares of ECN. They have just sold a major part of the business and are going to pay a special $7.50 dividend to the common shareholders. The way I see it, are they not taking away a lot of the security of the preferred shareholders by paying such a large common share dividend? Do the preferred shareholders have a voice in this matter? Can the company just dividend out everything leaving the preferred shareholders holding a worthless piece of paper?
Your thoughts on this are appreciated.

Q: How would you rate the solar space currently? What are your favourite names in the sector? Do you think SPWR being owned by TotalEnergies gives them added safety beyond their own numbers? Thank-you.
Q: What's with the recent day rise in SMU.UN's unit price?
Q: A follow up question to your earlier response. If the company is paying such a high special dividend does that mean that Mr Hudson and the board did see better uses for the proceeds? After the sale the company will be much smaller, slower growing (from what I can tell but I may be wrong) and without the cash available to grow meaningfully by acquisition. Do you think this is the start of the end game for ECN where the rest of the company eventually gets sold?
Q: Between Draftking valuation (including cost per customer acquired) and SCR takeover price and then by subtracting for Murdoch's fight and Kentucky suit then adding in a remarkable 45% market share of sports betting on the Qtr in the US, what do you think of Flutter's present valuation?
Q: Opinion on DOCS please and their recent earnings. Thanks.
Q: Hi there, regarding ATA record earnings reporting yesterday and stock
Price run up today do you feel stock price has further upside over the next 6-12 months?
Thanks!

Q: I am sure you are tired of ECN questions by now, but I have to ask;)
Do you have a good way to evaluate what the leftover divisions of ECN will be worth on a per share basis?
I assume one can't simply equate the amount of revenue left over.
I am not skilled enough to figure that out, but I am sure someone is.
Is there a bit of a disconnect here or are the left over segments only worth ~$3.5 a share.
As always, thanks for the great service.

Q: If one wanted to add some exposure to Bitcoin or crypto currency in a portfolio what would your suggestions be?
Q: I'm thinking that I want to remain invested in ECN because I like how they think and their results. I'm thinking of buying more shares in the coming days which ended the day barely up from the day before and I expect it will not fall the full $7.50 when it goes ex-dividend which would give me the post-dividend shares at a cheaper price than buying later. I would do this in my RIF and TFSA so there is no resulting tax. What do you think of this idea?

GDI Integrated Facility Services Inc. Subordinate Voting Shares (GDI)
Q: If you were adding to a TFSA which of these three would you pick?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Q: Please comment on earnings
Q: Could I have your comments on the latest quarter. Appears to be a good quarter. Tnx
Q: I have a small position in both of these companies. Based on recent updates for both, what are your thoughts on their growth potential and would you add to these positions today?
