Q: BASED ON GROWTH AND OUTLOOK IS THE STORY STILL ON TRACK?
Q: Hi,
Perhaps you can help me with this tax question. Does one have to necessarily include both capital gains and capital losses for the year, and calculate the net gain; or can one pay tax only on items that have capital gain and selectively keep some or all of the capital losses to be applied in later years?
Regards
Rajiv

Thanks, Greg

Q: I'm finding it difficult finding American companies with the ability to grow their profits over the near future. (lots of noise out there - inflation, war, debt etc.). I would appreciate your opinion regarding the ability of Builders to award investors with above average returns over the next few years. Also, if you have better ideas in this sector I would invite your suggestions. Thank-you for your continued support of the little guy.
