Q: First…. Thanks for getting me into this stock. I am currently looking to add to it at around $33. On my Direct Investing site PRL is considered to be undervalued with a FAIR VALUE of $222. Would you please clarify what this means. I gather it is based on earnings growth. But does this mean $222 TODAY? Or $222 in the future for example 1 year,3 years, 5 years? Thanks.

Q: Hi, I'm looking for a financial company with a significant dividend (above 3%) for a long term stable hold with some growth. I already own MS, JPM, XLF, and RY (CDN). Which of my choices (ING, HSBC, RY (US), LYG, NWG would you choose? Do you have any better alternatives?

Q: Hello Team,
Could you give me a short commentary on both and which would you prefer for total return over the next couple of years. I already own Telus and wonder if there would be too much overlap to own both.
Thank You,
Barry

Thanks so much.

Q: Looking for a generous dividend with some growth and reasonable volatility for a long term hold. Which would you suggest? Are there tax issues with a royalty company like FRU?

Q: Can you please comment on Interments quarter just announced? The numbers are hard for me to interpret because a number of properties have been sold.. Yet they apparently were sold above NAV, and company has been buying back shares at a very rapid pace - I believe they bought back 4.4% of their shares in 2025 already. How do you interpret the numbers (eg. FFO and AFFO) as well as the share repurchase programme?

Q: So I bought GLXY at its peak of $34.00 and then watched it drop precipitously and then bought more at $15.00 so averaged out at $19.50 , it’s now $32.00. What a ride ! In my TFSA and still own.
I bought it because it is well managed, diversified in the crypto world, solid financials , future Nasdaq listing , and looks to benefit from Trump’s support of crypto.
While I have personally experienced its volatility I wish to mitigate such extremes as I recently experienced. I am worse at selling than buying a stock ( common to many investors ?) so am looking at stop loss orders. I believe you are not a fan but David Burrows uses them on every stock so thoughts vary on them. He uses point and click charts ? I was thinking of just using a simple % such as a 20% decline since it has such volatility. What is your suggestion on selling stocks and using certain dynamics when determining when to sell ? Thanks. Derek.

Q: I am looking to increase my fixed income percentage but this current market has me bamboozled. Major markets are basically even YTD despite Trump's tariffs still being on the books. There was a significant rally the other day because the US is “only” going to levy 30% tariffs and China will drop theirs to “only”20%! But while the markets go up, long term bonds continue to drop which I thought was a negative market indicator. So are things as mixed up and incoherent as I think? And with this background is now a good time to buy long bonds, short bonds or equal amounts of both?

Appreciate your insight.

Paul F.
