Q: Back in July when Unity Software announced the acquisition of Iron Source, you felt it was the "right move". I am wondering if you had more time to digest the acquisition and information provided for the recent special meeting. If so, do you still feel that it was the "right move" and will benefit Unity for the long term and get it back on track after such a big drop. Anything in particular you really like and don't like after further consideration?

Q: Hi 5i Team - With the steady downward momentum of Enthusiast Gaming, do you see anything about the company that looks positive.

Also I am considering selling half my shares and buying something in the same space with growth potential but more stability both in the balance sheet and stock price. Do you consider this a good move (tax loss not a consideration) and if so do you have any suggestions as to any companies that might be decent alternatives.

Q: I currently hold positions in two drillers - CET and HWO. I am looking to consolidate my holdings into one driller. CET and HWO are pursuing very different strategies going forward. CET is acquiring firms and HWO is divesting assets. In your opinion what is the better company to keep or is it too close to call?

Q: Minto and apartment REITS in general like Killam and CAR-UN.TO have fallen substantially Minto for example trading at about 53% of its one year high and a P/E of 1.56 which I know is not the best metric for reits AFFO looks good that being said do you think they have more than priced in the interest rate rises at this point and are a good buy here.

Q: Date of Record and Ex-dividend dates….
If planning to sell a stock while qualifying for the dividend, may the stock be sold on the ex-dividend date (given the two days to settle trade) or must it be after the ex-dividend date?
Are there exceptions to the general rule?
