Q: Buy BN or BAM? why?

This is really a choice between potential growth and income. BAM intends to pay out most cash flow as dividends, and thus we expect good income growth. BN has a massive amount of capital ready to deploy on acquisitions in order to boost growth. Considering the market and rate outlook, and current valuations, we would prefer BN today.
