Q: I believe there is not much opportunity in the the technology and health sectors in Canada, so have invested in USA to gain exposure to those sectors. Are there any other sectors where investing in USA be preferable to maintain proper diversification by sector?

Q: It has been almost two years since your last thoughts on this very interesting company.

Q: Before the split, an old PHM share was worth ~31 cents and post split (1 new PHM @ 21 cents and 1/10 VMD @ 30 cents - 1 share currently $3.00) that share is now worth ~51 cents. Is my math correct in that the shares basically increased by 20 cents or 64.5% post split? if yes, can you explain why such a big increase. Thanks
