Q: Hi, I am presently overweight in Costco - it represents 24% of my portfolio. I hold Costco shares in a TFSA, corporate account and RRSP.
I would appreciate your thoughts which account I should decrease my Costco shares in as well based on the quality of Costco would be an acceptable percentage to hold. Thank you.
Q: Does the deal CRWV signed yesterday with Applied Digital have any negative implications for GLXY ? Is CRWV the only client using Helios Data Centre? Curious why CRWV signs these long terms leases and if they will continue to "rent" between having NVDA backing and there stock going to the moon, why not build their own data centres?
Q: BEP Brookfield renewal property is yielding over 6 per cent at the current unit price and it is trading in a tight range (about $30 to $33) the past few months. I add to my position when it gets near $30 and trim it when it gets near to $34. I think it is a good company to hold for income but what about capital appreciation? This stock used to trade up around $50!! Was that due to the 'green energy hype" of the past? I know that cost of capital is very important to high capital, low margin industries like power production, but BEP should have pretty low cost of capital since it belongs to the Brookefield group of companies, right?? Also I have scoured the company website to try and find out how aggressive BEP depreciates their assets, particularly the wind and solar since solar panels do need to be replaced as do those big blades on the wind turbines. I would like to know if BEP is depreciating these assets quickly enough, but I am not sure where to get that kind of info.
Q: Hello 5i,
Since KO has split 10 for 1 is it an opportunity to jump in? I would be giving up PEP and PG. PEP has been down for 2 years though PG is at a peak I feel taking advantage of the KO price would be an advantage. Your thoughts please.

Q: Re: DRIPS; for a well balanced retirement account what are your favorites DRIPs ? What about for a young persons TFSA that may not be touched for a long time ?
Thank you.
Q: Would appreciate an update on this trio of related companies. The share split seems to have benefitted EVT and ELF appears to be increasing in anticipation of the same.
Q: What are your thoughts on their earnings. Is it still buy, hold or sell. I trim before earnings should I buy more or sell the balance. I am long term investor. I sold since it move so fast up last few days
Just curious to how much overlap is there between CDZ and XEI? Is there a need to own both or can you just hold one. If only one which one do you prefer?
Q: When it comes to cybersecurity companies has your favourable opinion of CRWD been changed as a result of the quarterly results and forward guidance?
Q: Now that BAM has moved its headquarters to the US, does it make its shares a foreign asset for the point of view of the CRA? To your knowledge does it need to be reported on the T1135 if the holding exceeds 100 000CAD ? What if the BAM position that exceeds 100 000CAD is held in a RRSP or TFSA, would there still be a requirement for the T1135?
Q: I presently have $50000 U.S. cash that I would like to generate interest on.
No plans to invest it any time soon.
Would appreciate knowing what my options are.
Thanks so much.
Q: I’m trying to understand the impact US tariffs - and in particular tariffs on steel and aluminum - could have on our economy and certain companies. Tariffs make goods going into the US more expensive which means US costs increase. These costs a would normally be passed on to the purchaser or the purchaser would look to a new, cheaper supplier. If the US can’t produce enough of their own steel and aluminum and since this new tariff affects all countries doesn’t the US still have to buy from Canada? Excess capacity in the US could make up the difference but is there that much excess capacity there? And for something like potash which I think is irreplaceable don’t tariffs on that product just harm American farmers?
