Q: Peter; Did AXOS get tarred with the US banking disaster brush which led to this buying opportunity? Thanks.rod
Q: I do not hold a position in ATZ. Do you think taking a full position now makes sense?
Q: What is the best metric(s) to use to value Telus, and how does that / those metrics compare to the past historic range(s) ? If it is P/E, then I find it hard to justify buying today at what appears to be approximately 24X.
Q: Hi, Could you please comment on PLTR earnings. Thank you
Q: Thoughts about this company? What do they do? Debt? Insider ownership? Why have they dropped so much?
Q: Always 2 sides on a coin. In the past day or so, analysts seem to be rating SHOP as a hold or sell. It has had a good run. What do you make of these rating calls. What does crystal ball see going forward.
Q: I always thought railways were boring but CNR's chart is quite impressive!
Do you think they may initiate a share split? I think the share price is higher than they have previously allowed before a split. Would now be as good a time as any to step in or what headwinds could they face?
Many thanks!

Q: Gentlemen; Earnings were out after the market closed on Tuesday. Can I have your opinion on the results. At first glance they look very good to me. The stock appears to have priced in some very bad news!
Q: Regarding the question you responded to on May 9th, where I asked about the BNN panel discussion on the Fed and regional banks. Thank you for way you folks put things in perspective, helping members to make informed choices.

Q: What's your current view on Telus? The stock hasn't done much and going down. There is likely increased competition from Rogers/Shaw merger. I also hold BCE and wondering if its time to move from Telus to another opportunity.

Q: I have US exposure through a company pension that tracks the S&P. It represents about 20% of my overall holdings. I have recently come into enough US cash to add two or three new individual holdings, or perhaps buy an ETF or two that would complement the S&P tracking pension. I would welcome your thoughts and suggestions for individual stocks or ETFs that would be suitable additions.
Q: Any idea on the borrowing cost to short the stock on top of the $0.21/ share dividend.
I’ve asked the question before that is are the short sellers making any coin from their strategy

Q: A retired colleague in his early 80s is selling his income properties and wishing to invest the proceeds in a manner that will produce solid income with little risk. He is taken with HMAX and its 13% plus dividend. What are your thoughts on HMAX given his circumstances? What is the maximum percentage of his portfolio might you suggest he invest in HMAX? And what other Canadian or US ETFs with would you suggest he consider given his age/need for income? Thank you.
Q: Seems like a stellar quarter with 'back on track' guidance. Any remaining concerns?
Q: Hi
Sold GSY at a loss over 30 days ago in my cash account for the loss.
I hate when Government sticks there nose into business. If they did it once who says they will not do it again.
If I were to buy again would I be better off with GSY or PRL?
Thank you
Mike

Q: I did reorganise my portfolios in 2022 for a majority of diversified dividend ETFs and a minority of selected excellent dividend stocks. This strategy was satisfactory ,and I shall not sell this content in 2023.My strategy in 2023 will consider the possibility of a bear market,I shall only " add-on" some stocks on weakness .Could you list 10 canadian+10 us stocks ( not ETFs), among the safest in a bear market in your opinion, including 7 dividend stocks+3 growth stocks for each list, and rank them for safety if possible, many thanks,JY

Q: What are your current thoughts on EXPI and its recent earnings report? Do you see it as a strong recovery potential and would you add to a position that is down 66% with a current weight of 0.5%? Or do you think it is time to move on to other names that you have higher conviction in (please suggest some other US names)?
