Q: CSU bought 10.6 million more SABR shares at about $1.16 each.
• They now own 50.2 million shares, or 12.7% of the company.
• CSU is now Sabre’s second‑largest shareholder.
TD anaylist think CSU wouldn’t buy this much unless they see a big opportunity to create value.
They hint that:
• Software valuations have dropped because of AI fears.
• That makes it a good time for CSU to buy distressed companies cheaply.
TD analysts think CSU may be preparing a recapitalization — basically a financial rescue that could include:
• Debt-for-equity swap (creditors get shares instead of debt)
• Spin-out structure like CSU used for Topicus (TOI) and Lumine (LMN)
• Some new creative structure CSU hasn’t used before
it’s about Sabre being broken, and CSU being one of the few companies skilled enough to fix it.

An Advisor on Bnn actually has CSU as a top pick today.
In view of the events that are occurring would this be a good time to leverage down on CSU in a tax free account.
Thank you for your great help and thanks Rick

Q: Dear Team:

After reading many of your Q&As. I understand the drawbacks of Covered Call ETFs!

IF I want to hold Canadian Covered call ETFs in my Non-Regd accounts, which two or three would your favourite (in a tax advantageous manner withdrawal).

Also, if you can direct me to the issue that addresses Covered Call ETFs in your ETF &MF Newsletter, I would appreciate it! May I request you once again to add search function in ETF&MF Newsletter! At least a yearly index for the articles. That way, I don't need to bug you often!

Many thanks.

Q: Does Ayar Labs have a call sign? My phone shows its call sign as AYARZZX "Ayar Labs - Company Level" on the NASDAQ exchange and indicates trading since December 2025 but RBC doesn't seem to recognize the company. I believe NVDA & AMD are so called strategic investors. It seems their chips use fibre optics instead of copper which may help reduce costs, as silica may be less expensive to make compared to copper. Fibre cabling may also generate less heat buildup and so demand less cooling. Any thoughts you have would be appreciated.
Regards,
Jim

Q: Hello, can you comment on these drone makers? I know DPRO is very small but is Canadian. Otherwise, between KTOS and AVAV, what would be your pick today and why? Thanks.

Q: With the announcement yesterday, what could go wrong? What is the worst case scenario? And conversely, what is the best case scenario? You recently indicated the stock price might move to $10. Now with the acquisition, where do you feel it will be a year from now? 5i has been bullish on the stock. Has the acquisition changed this opinion? It certainly has performed very well - thank you.

Q: I own NBIS shares and continue to hold with the thought that the market is not either recognizing or giving credit to the company for the expected surge in revenue and hopefully earnings growth in the coming 12-15 months. Do you continue to support this premise?
Also what are your thoughts on this company as a takeover possibility? Who might be interested and why?

Q: Hi There! Given the huge deployment of drones in Iran, what are some other Drone Mfg. Stocks? Also, why are all Memory stocks like MU dropping today?

Thanks so much for the excellent service!

Q: Dismayed as I watch my portfolio drop in value. I'm paralyzed and hold. Watched AVAV go into negative value. Any recommendations on what to do in this type of market besides hold?
Concerned particularly for the investments of my young adult children. Any strategies or recommendations?
Sorry for the vague question, deduct as many credits as needed.
Thanks for helping get me this far! I've been a loyal client since 2013.
