Q: Hi group i own the above stocks and have some cash to deploy. pick out 10 core holdings c/w with order to buy and entry price. I am in no rush but want the buy list ready for any opportunity that pops up. Thanks for your help

Q: Hi group the above stocks i sold 1/2 of my folio about 3 months ago/ yes at a tidy profit. My question is I am 75 years old and have $100,000 to reinvest (20% of my total portfolio)...(dry power) i do not need any cash to supplement my income for at least 5 years unless the market falls of a cliff because of Trump/Tariffs. I would say I am a sleep at night investor So the question is what to do now wait or start nibbling now. These stocks make up about 70% of the total portfolio

Q: Hi group short on financials /gold /silver / oil.... so in what order and what entry price would you add Presently own GSY (4 % position.) also GDXJ (2% weighting ) ARX (5% position ) FFH 5% position...any other suggestions in these sectors are welcome. thanks for your help with this

Q: Hi 5i
1) What portion of NG is sold to USA versus LNG Canada (soon) and domestic consumption? 2) Canadian oil sands withstood negative oil prices for months - but it still flowed (and hence required condensate) - to what extent do you think Condensate (ARX/TOU) will be affected if there is reduced oil flow from Canadian oil sands. Thank you.

Q: We currently own Arc Resources (900 sh.) which is 1.14% of our portfolio, and Suncor (100 sh) which is.26%. In rebalancing, we wonder if selling Su. to add to Arx.makes sense? Open to any other suggestions you have.

Q: Both TOU and ARX have access to LNG producers through contracts already in place. Do you see these contracts as any kind of hedge or insurance against possible US tariffs on natural gas?

I'm a big believer in the future of natural gas, and therefore hold these companies as my second and fourth largest holdings. Do you like any other Canadian gas producers better than these two?

What are three new stock ideas along with suggestions on what current stocks I could add to assuming they are equal weightings. Q: Hello 5-i,
What is the concencus on natural gas prices over the next year or so.WIth the completion of the LNG pipeline to the Pacific, companies such as this one ought to benefit from more demand ,therefore a higher price for nat.gaz.Is this a good time to accumulate the stock?

Q: DEAR 5-I:
Thanks for the information on Parex, however, there was a second part to the question. If I dispose of Parex because it is doubtful if the political situation will improve in the near term- what could you suggest for a replacement, CNQ-? already own a full position in Suncor, ARC, Baytex, Tourmaline, and TVE. How about Peyto?

Q: The performance of these two Oil & Gas stocks have been a disappointment of late and thus far this year...
What are your thoughts on these stocks and holding them for awhile longer until gas prices increase or biting the bullet and switching to ARC Resources and TOU?

Q: Hi Group i am treating the above stocks as core positions. I am concerned that some of the list are taking big hits so should i take profits while there is still some $ left in the black . FFH is an example where my profits was 40% now less than 10% ? (this is my worst performer so please answer specifically what you suggest buy, sell or hold). . Q: The stocks are held in m grandson's RESP. Please recommend any others or substitutes. He will not need to access these funds for at least 3 years. At what point would you consider beginning to move out of these growthier equities into less volatile of lower risk? Do you have any recommendations for quality dividend payors that you would slowly accumulate as you reduced these equities?
