Q: I presently hold the above mentioned Bitcoin stocks and need to review and maybe sell some of these investments for 2025. I would appreciate your comments as to which ones do not belong in my TFSA investments?

Q: Hello Peter,

In the US, where would you go for the Santa rally? Would it be momentum stocks? Undervalued? Specific sectors -Industrials, AI related? or Crypto?
I am thinking crypto - the backers of the new govt. Add dollar tariffs to the mix. Crypto heads higher.
How would you play the Canadian market end of the year? I am going to dabble in short term trading this year.

Q: Dear 5i
If a stock is considered to be say 30% above what an analyst considers to be its fair market value but at the same time has an estimated earnings growth rate for the next year of 30-40%, would you consider this stock to be investible ? Assume good fundamentals . I would liken this scenario to a stock having a high P/E ratio ie expensive but has strong earnings growth forecast . Is that how you would see it as well ?
Also are there any Canadian crypto exchanges that you would recommend or would you suggest staying with an American exchange ?

Q: Here I go again. I'm seeking your help to identify strong companies in Canada and the United States in the right sectors in the new Trump era that demonstrate 'relative safety' yet the potential to grow significantly. A bit of a reach. But I would appreciate your help to identify 5 Canadian and 5 American companies that could fit the bill. I have a relatively short time horizon - 3 years. Q: Hi,

Currently managing my parents investments. Apparently they have gotten wind of Bitcoin. They have asked me to take a flyer on some. That being said, if one were to buy it, would you prefer Galaxy?

Secondly, for a retired person's investment strategy, who would like a little tourque in their account, what 3 names would you suggest from either the gorwth or balance portfolio, to add to their account. Note, currently they have the majority of their investments in income related securitiies.

Q: Hi group I am short exposure in Financials in both Canada and us Please recommend 2 CAD+ 2 US stocks and 1 etf for each market. Also do you recommend a position in Bitcoin going fwd its getting hard to watch it hitting new highs as of late. Q: As we close in on the US election what would be your short term (up to 1 year) picks be in the US market? For a republican victory energy sector might be interesting or possibly crypto. If crypto how would you play it?
On the other hand if Democrats win what would you choose?

Now both Trump and Harris want to support BITCOIN Why?? there are millions of young investors ( VOTERS ) age 20 to 39 They will all vote for whoever has best platform on BITCOIN and they will VOTE

What is best way to play this, ETFS there are now many , even ARK and FINK

Q: Hi group what's you top pick in the top 6 sectors.( In order of preference with some dialog on each pick). Is it time to go all in verses averaging down. Days like yesterday should shake loose so supers buys?

Q: Hi Everyone!! Kathy Wood was interviewed by Amanda Lang recently and her crystal ball says that the areas to be in, which will do well ,are robotics, energy storage , Ai, block chain and multiomic sequencing. Do you agree? And if you had to chose a company which best represents these five fields, what would they be??

Q: As you are well aware, Bitcoin has been taking off all over the world. When I watch interviews of people at conventions, it appears most are investing to protect against inflation and to counter the demise of the US dollar in the future. What are you're opinions on this? I realize it has been very volatile and risky, so do have any recommendations on technology linked to Bitcoin, but so far hasn't taken off?

I bought this ARKK ETF during the pandemic time ARKK's hype days. As of today, many stocks recovered from 2023 lows, but ARKK. I am kind of losing patience, especially watching their daily trade information they published, keeping buying losers and selling winners. May I have your view on this ETF? Hold or move on?
