Q: Hi 5i team.

Doing some due diligence on DOC. Can you help me understand a few things?
1) Views on recent acquisition(s) and how they fit into DOC's operating model?
2) Can you dig into their fundamentals and explain current state?

When do they report next, and are there any estimates? I don't see much in the way of analyst coverage.

Many thanks for your help.

Q: If you were going to write out of the money puts as an income strategy, what sort of stocks would you look for? Dividend stocks? Low beta?

Any thoughts would be welcome.

Thanks!

Q: I see that the underlying sectors held in an ETF are taken into account in the portfolio analysis. For individual companies, are regional exposures taken into account in the same way? E.g. if a Canadian company has significant US exposure, would this count as both Canada and US when looking at geographical risk?

Q: I was wondering if you guys had any thoughts on this company? These sorts of positions are clearly long-term in nature, and carry significant risks associated with government regulation, but I have to believe that someday, this will be a real option. I just don't know if it is maybe too early to get into the game. Thanks in advance

Q: Hi Peter, Ryan, and Team,

To raise our U.S., International, and Consumer Staples sector, please rank these three ETFs . I realize that STPL is the only one of the three that has holdings in countries other than the U.S. This investment would be for our two RRIFs.

Thanks for your insight.

Q: In 6 months my Telus International (TIXT.to) has gone under water 6% : Had I chosen Telus (T.to) , I would have been up over 11%. Ignoring the recent correction,TIXT had already fallen behind Telus.
Is there a better future for T over TIXT ?
Should be be fearing interest rate hikes in the sector ?
Are there seasonal factors to consider ?

Q: Hamilton ETFs recently launched a new ETF - HFIN. I currently own the ishares XFN which is similar, but much larger in size and unleveraged. For a long-term hold, do you think it would be a good switch, or would you leave it as is? (It is held in an RRSP account, so taxes are irrelevant).
