Q: Hello,

What are your thoughts on Topicus earnings? Also, is it a buy here and now?
Lastly, assuming an exchange of 1.00 to 1:48, no prefs and the same results occur over 4 quarters, are the numbers below correct?

$179.6m euros rev x 4 qs x 1.48 exchange/ 39.41m s/o = 26.98 revenue per share
$90 Price per share / 26.98 rev per share = 3.34 price to sales

$20.7m euros earnings x 4 qs x 1.48 exchange/ 39.41m s/o = 3.11 earnings per share
$90 Price per share / 3.11 earnings per share = 28.9 p/e

$91.5m fcf x 4 qs x 1.48 exchange/ 39.41m s/o = 13.74 fcf per share
$90 Price per share / 13.74 fcf per share = 6.55 price to fcf
13.75 fcf per share/ 90 price per share = 15% fcf yield

Q: What are your thoughts on the Innovator Defined Outcome ETF's. Has there been enough history to determine if they do what they say they will do? I am specifically looking at PMAY which tracks gains in SPY up to a cap of 8.62% in a year and has a buffer for the first 15% of decline.

Q: Hi! I own TECK.B and KL as part of my materials exposure. Small positions about 3% total of my portfolio. Looking to increase to about 10% of my portfolio. Given what I currently own, I am thinking of adding Nutrien for some ag exposure and then one of LUN, FM or HBM. Do you agree with this approach? Do you think 10% materials exposure is too high or too low given current economic expansion and inflation environments?

Thanks,
Jason
