Q: I hold these preferreds, which yield over 10%. I assume there are credit concerns based on doubts about the viability of companies holding office, commercial and retail properties. Your opinion?

Q: I have owned TRP and ENB for years (10+) and have done well with both stocks. They have now become less than 1/2 weight positions at around 4% of my total portfolio. I was thinking of adding to them but I've been asking myself if I really want to add to positions when it's becoming just as difficult to repair pipelines as it is to build them. The dividends are nice but they haven't offset the decline in the respective stock prices so on a total return basis both companies are still negative for the year. I was thinking of switching out of TRP and ENB into VZ where I can get a similar dividend yield in a utility sector name but remove some of the industry noise associated with pipelines. Thoughts? Thanks
Q: Thanks for your answer I would like to buy these two stocks am I too late to get them or will they have room to grow
Q: From yesterday's question, you talked a company ARTG.V which has production forecast of around 480K ounce but price recently gone up to around $7. However, I noticed another gold mine company Orezone which claim has 1.6M ounce gold deposit but the price is only $0.99. Has the ORE.V been under valued or ARTG.V been over valued? Both company market cap are similar at 220M and 248M. Can you provide some analysis on ORE.V?
Thanks,
Adam

Q: Hi Guys
Savaria has fallen the last few months quite a bit. I would have thought in a world where people are motivated to stay in their homes, rather than move to long term care, it would be seen as a stock that would benefit from this trend, and the stock would follow.. I know they have companies they own in China - do you think this could be the reason - a concern about this part of their business given current CDN relations with China? I was thinking of adding to my existing position - up to about a 3% position - your thoughts?

Q: Can you comment on the acquisition of Liveoak? Where do you see Docusign in a year from now, if the virus is behind us?
Q: This is a follow up to my question yesterday about fixed income investments and inflation/ interest rates.
If one is of the view that interest rates will increase, what is your advice about real return bonds, versus regular bonds. Does it make sense for most investors to hold real return bonds in their fixed income portion of their portfolio? If so, what is the maximum percentage of their fixed income portion that you would recommend that real return bonds take? How best should an investor buy fixed return bonds - does an ETF make sense, and which one would you recommend?
Thank you again for your wonderful advice.

Q: A short time ago you answered a question on Skeena Resources:CA. They put out a news release today and the market seems to like it. I have some shares from ages ago and am wondering if their project now has some promise. They have a letter of agreement with Barrick but I don't fully understand the back-in, back-out implications. I realize it is speculative, but am wondering if you think it is "good speculative."
Q: Any thoughts on why there is a share consolidation,I know there was some who thought the company was undervalued by the market, now we have the pandemic and I don't think anyone knows the full effect that will have in the market, is there a line of thought this will give a better price over the long haul.
Best Regards,
Tom

Q: Hi 5i Team - At the risk of asking you to repeat some of the information in your recent answers to questions on Well Health Technologies could you provide some of the fundamentals of this company including cash on hand, debt, insider holdings/recent activity, cash flow, etc. I am interested in taking a small position but given that it is overvalued at this point (with good momentum though) are there any other Canadian companies in the same space that you feel might be a better buy at this point. Thanks.

Q: Hello Peter,
i feel that i have been fooled by Mr Goodman on Knight. I have been patiently waiting as others on a large acquisition and despite the purchase the stock is still languishing . I wonder if it is worth hanging on or throw in the towel. My current thought is take my 5 percent position and reduce it by adding to jamieson wellness and Xebec adsorption. Your thoughts please. Also, TDOC in US is constantly moving higher yet well in Canada (well health ) seems to be in trading range .. Any thoughts please.

Q: Do you see any need to include real return bonds as part of a fixed income portion of a portfolio? If so what percentage of ones fixed income portion makes sense?
Are there any unexpected risks to holding real return bonds compared to normal bonds? e.g. compared to zag/xbb/vab.
