Q: I have a substantial amount of CN shares. Would it be prudent to exchange my cn shares for cp rail shares. In my opinion, the Ceo of CNR (Ruest) has done a terrible job of managing CN Rail. The 6 month performance of CN is -3.5% while the market has been on a tear. While CP is up over 4.5% in the same time period. Not sure how much business CN has given up with the strike either.

            Q: Hi Guys,
Three Part Question:
1. Is there anywhere that summarizes current NCIB's outstanding for TSX companies? Or what is the best way to find this information? Surely there is a better way than diving into each companies latest earnings release?
2. Is there anywhere that summarizes current CEO/Executive Board Salaries and Stock Options / Share Issuance? Again, hopefully not having to dive into each company?
To tie these questions together -> If a company is engaging in an NCIB, but at the same time, granting huge stock options to it's CEO/CFO, is there a possibility for CEO/CFO's to game the system here? i.e. - CEO/CFO accumulates stock, then makes decision to buyback shares pushing price back up and CEO/CFO then sells at higher price?
Thanks,

            Q: Hello Peter and Team,
I hold a large position in TELUS. But I'm concerned about the impact of a possible decision by the Canadian (or other) governments to refuse to accept the Huawei 5G system. Your thoughts? If I believe that Huawei will be rejected, would it be better to exit, or at least reduce, TELUS? Thanks in advance.

He also divested 23667 shares from an account in which he has indirect ownership, eliminating this account position, proceeds $341000. Does it mean he has no confidence in this company? Could I have your comments please. Thanks a lot
