Q: Can you suggest something to add to my RIFF. I am taking a minimum out as I don't need it but have some cash I'd like to invest for at least 5 years.

Q: Hello Peter,
I thought with interest rates heading lower, insurance companies do not do as well. However, both sunlife and manulife seem to be slowly creeping up. Any ideas why ? Thanks again for the great service.

Q: Hi, Equitable Group has been on a tear and Home Capital is close. Today's results were excellent and EQB has committed to increasing dividends 20-25% every year for next 5 years. Stabilizing housing/mortgage market and improving sentiment has been the primary reason helping this meteoric rise.
What is your opinion on this sector and would you support starting a position in either of these companies for a 5 year hold. If so, which one would you prefer, in terms of Valuation, ROC and Growth prospects? Thanks

Q: hi folks, opinion on Q3 results for Photon Control; seemed to be beat with upbeat guidance. Did U have chance to listen to conference call. I added today to small position and knows it requires patience, but do U think the worst is behind Photon/Semi conductors, and would U rate the stock a Buy/Hold/Sell. Q: Hi guys, could you please give the recent short positions on EIF?
The company as you spoke to, flagged their Q3 earnings(to be released after close Thursday). Is the reason for this notice to provide transparency and therefore I still confidence?
The share price has run up considerably since their share issue, buy on rumours sell on news?

Q: Hi

My question is on warrants and options.

Is there a web site that tracks when warrants and options are exercised?

I recently called a company asking if the warrants were exercised, but they did not reply. I know in the next quarterly report I will see if they were exercised but I would like to know sooner than later.

Have been away for a short while and am now happy to once again be a part of the 5i Family. My Question..

I have approx $20,000 to invest. It is a credit to your team how well the 5i Balanced Equity Portfolio has performed. I will not be ashamed to invest my funds via following your lead. In looking at the portfolio and with "Growth" in mind, are you able to advise which of the companies within the portfolio you would start new positions?

Q: Hi Team, heard about NICE on BNN from one of the guests. What are the growth prospects? The guest compared it to the equivalent of "Roper Industries " type of company but on the tech side.Would you feel comfortable for a long term investment.
