Q: Hi, looking at your Feb 2021 Investor Suite, page 14.

You show an implied return of 6.7% and I'm wondering how you get that. Immediately above the 6.7 are the numbers 236.13 and 123.51 and if you divide those and take the result to the 1/10 power and subtract one you get 6.7%. Trouble is, the 236.13 is described as "Shares Outs." meaning presumably shares outstanding, which really throws me (also, the shares outstanding are actually 2.36 million according to the companies section of the 5i website which suggests you really meant to say shares outstanding). I can see the logic if you meant to say "projected share price in 10 years". Can you explain to me how you get the 6.7%? Thanks.

Q: What 5i's opinion on Avante's Q3 results. It appears revenues was way above expectations, the majority of which recurring according to the Company and now at a $100M run rate. Should this stock be trading at 45% of revenues at this internal growth rate while other stocks trade at 10x revenues with negative EBTITDA? Seems mispriced notwithstanding debt levels are also reducing.

Q: Preferred shares fit into the income part of a portfolio and also can be a fixed income substitute if one can tolerate the extra volatility (especially now given bond yields and potential for rising interest rates). In the past 5i has suggested CPD over DIVS for etf exposure citing the fee differential. Two questions (1) what is your medium term outlook for Canadian preferred shares and (2) given complexity of different preferred share issues and an inefficient market, is there an advantage to the active approach? (Please explain why or why not - thanks).

Q: All the big banks have had very encouraging financial results. Is now a good time to add in preparation for big dividend increases once the regulatory hold comes off.

Q: I have a small holding in Veolia and am wondering about adding more. Its environmental business is broad in scope and covers a lot of the planet. While this may be good, it could also mean that they are stretched. It looks like they have held pretty steady through the pandemic.

Any thoughts about this company? Any alternatives to suggest?

Thanks
V
