Q: I recall that a few years ago, it was said that CNR had approximately an 18% equity position in FRU. I wondered if: a) the share count of FRU had changed dramatically and, b) if CNR still has an approximately 18%. Thanks to all the 5i team and have a healthy 2025. Bill

Q: QYLG and XYLG dropped "extremely more" than the market ( close to 16%) on December 30th ,and it seems that RYLG had about the same pattern. Thanks for any explanation..

Q: Im a retiree in late 60's, focus on Income with a growth potential down the road.
Further to Nancy's question on Telus on its current dividend of about 8%+, and a free cash flow almost 2x of dividend, will this be a time to buy given that the interest rate is coming down, and the banks GIC is about half of this return. I have some idle cash looking for a steady return like GIC. Do u forsee any dividend cut ? Thanks again

Q: Hi 5i Team,

I'm looking at some of my losers and pondering either getting rid of the or adding to them.

DHT.UN, HMM, OTXT, TSU

With some room freed up I was thinking of starting positions in PKI and DSG

What are your thoughts on the 4 stocks I'm down on? Would you add to any of them or look to sell for better opportunities? How would you rank them if you were to sell?

What are your thoughts on DSG and PKI? Do you view them as buyable now for 5-10 year holds?

This is in a TFSA which aims to balance growth and income.

Q: Hi Peter, Marry Christmas and Happy New Year. I was looking at ticker BTQ on the TSX but it comes up with BTQ on the OMG or BTQ on the TCM or BTQ on the LYX or BTQ on the CHI and BTQ on the ICX. What are these and which one would be the best to buy if I wanted to buy BTQ, Thanks,
