Given that I believe Knight knows what it is doing.

Q: UGE is a penny stock on the Venture. It is a solar energy system provider that I just recently read about. It seems to have a large percentage of inside ownership. I was wondering if you had any more information on it?

Q: Which of the drillers may have the biggest pop? Do you have a preference.

Q: I have 7% of my portfolio in AAR.UN,Pure Ind. REIT, my only exposure to the REIT sector.I'm up about 40%& have enjoyed a 9% div. based on my purchase price 5 years ago.Income is not a big factor for me.Does Pure have enough growth potential, particularly in the US, to offset the expected interest raises in 2017 & further out?Should I keep Pure or sell in favour of ZUB, the BMO Equal Weighted US Banks Hedged to the Cdn.Index ETF? Would unhedged be better at this stage? My only US exposure is indirectly through TD & SIS.

EIF's EPS(TTM) is $1.82 and it pays a monthly dividend of $0.1750 which translates into an annual didvidend of $2.01. If my calculations are correction, EIF's payout ratio is then 110%. Would you please comment on the sustainability of EIF's current dividend payout. Also please provide comment on this company going forward.

A great number of my stock picks are based around your assessment of the company and I thank you for all this good advice
In your 3 portfolios 10 of the holdings are down 10% or more for this year.
My risk tolerance red light snaps on when when a stock is down 10% or goes below the 40 DMA.I do look at some factors for the reason but maybe not the right ones.Many times I have sold only to see the holding come back and continue to grow.
What criteria do you use to continue to hold a stock even when you are down a fairly significant amount?

Q: Hi Peter and Ryan, I'm just making sure I understand the withdrawal rules correctly in dealing with TFSA accounts. I have some cash accumulated from the payments of dividends during the last few months in my TFSA. Am I allowed to withdraw say $2,000.00 in cash from my TFSA account in the next few days (before December 31). Then after Jan 1st, 2017, does my new limit for 2017 become $7,500.00? If so can I transfer (in kind) shares from a cash account worth $7,500.00 into my TFSA without issues? Thank you so much for all you do and all the best in the new year. Mario.

Have allowed MAW150 to become a heavy weighting in Portfolio.
Are you able to comment on potential sources for its lack of performance through 2016? I am a little surprised to be down on the year.
A recent article on MAWER indicated they have likely run out of good investment ideas and their previous choices have run out of juice.(Top award winners in Mutual Funds regressing to moderate performance)

Would you just let them do what they are paid to do (MER= 1.74%) or would you choose to reduce (MAW150: 74% International allocation-Oct 31) by shifting capital to US oriented ETF - XMC?

Portfolio Geographic allocation for International vs USA are about equal currently.

If something else comes to mind as you consider this questions please feel free to add.

If my calculations are correct and the projected forecast on earnings is also correct this stock should be in the $55 to $60 range at this time next year. If not higher. I understand that any stock can reverse course at any time! So my assumption is based on numbers and past performance of management. The stock looks like it has solidified at around $39.00 the past few weeks from a high of $44 and change. I believe the drop was end of year profit taking and portfolio management. What are your thoughts on this. Thanks.
