Q: Hi 5i!,
Looking at acquiring this Company. In an answer to a recent question or it. You said there was a lot of 'noise' surrounding the stock and that may account for its dip. Can you elaborate?
Thanks,
Jason

Q: I have these four ETFs currently and I have new money to add. Should I top up one (or all) of these, or is there one you feel would be a good complement. The four ETFs probably indicate my risk profile, but generally I am pretty conservative (a couch potato). Thank you.
Q: Can you tell me what you take is on Copper Fox? Thank you.

Q: In previous questions on solar you were not to keen on them because of their small size. With their recent offerings from Echelon what would you have to say on them now. Just thinking of a 1-2% investment. Your insight on them would be greatly appreciated.

Q: Hello Peter and Team,
I am curious about your opinion regarding Silver. I attempted sorting through questions as I am sure there are many which have been asked but that is fairly time consuming. If you could, please either steer me in the right direction regarding questions which may have been asked and or provide me your opinion as an answer to this question. And also, which companies you would consider a good addition to a portfolio if you do in fact consider Silver as a good addition to a portfolio at this time.
Thanks for all you do

Q: Starting last august I was convinced by my financial advisor to put 50% of my non registered portfolio into bonds so that I would have money available to invest into equities if there was a down turn. (the dry powder part) The funds used for this allocation were:
HAB 46% allocation of bonds at present time.
FID5732 Multi sector bond fund. 30%
HAF. 12%
XBB. 12%
Of these the XBB has fallen quite a bit
The FID5732 is falling now.
No income is needed from this portfolio for five years.
My question is this a good strategy for the dry powder of the portfolio?
Is there a better suggestion for the bond mix? or is cash better?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
By the way during this time period no mention of using any of these funds to reallocate to equities has been made.
Please note that this part of the portfolio has now fallen to be 30% of the portfolio total.

Q: Hi. It seems that you like LSPD but at a glance it looks like they have an operating loss every month. Can you explain your thinking of why you like LSPD when they are not making money? Thanks in advance

Q: Can you tell me why VLB has done so poorly in the last 6 months while PMIF has done a lot better. Should I sell VLB and buy PMIF?
Q: Good morning, Do you know what's happening regarding the decline of XSB, the short term bond fund in the last month or so, thanks?
Q: I purchased QBTC and BTCG.UN which I understand are closed funds, therefore can trade at a premium or discount to NAV. Now I see Purpose has come out with an ETF. Can you compare these funds and provide pros/cons for the closed funds vs ETF. If someone had new money today and if the closed funds were actually trading at NAV, which would you recommend and why? Don’t want to switch un-necessarily but if BTCC.B is a better product, it might be worth it.
Q: Hi, today the price gone up a lot. Is there any change of fundamental and how do you rate it now? thanks for great services always.
Q: I have enjoyed a decent runup in the price of PHX this year. What is your perception of its future potential? Would you, for instance, partially divest in favour of QST?
