Q: This company seems to check all the boxes. Gaining share in a market, operating a capital-light business model that is tech-enabled with the network-effects of a platform connecting independent real estate professionals to lenders while growing new lines of business adjacent to their bread and butter (in Title Insurance and Data). Does this company seem too good to be true and there's some suspicious going on that we don't understand as minority shareholders?
If the business is so good, go high margin and so easy to win deals with Tier 1/2/3 suppliers doesn't that sounds like there barriers to entry are low and there may be increasing competitive forces coming up the rear end?
