Q: Checking in again to get your thoughts on Sagicor. They just reported earnings and RBC just increased the PT to $8.00 (shares currently at $4.35). Do you agree with RBC that the shares are undervalued and what are your thoughts overall on SFC (I own it mostly for the nice 7% dividend).
Q: This service sounds very interesting, is there somewhere to go and learn more? The big question I have, can you link say your Questrade accounts so things are automatically input, and updated, or do you have to manually input your holdings?
Q: Hi,
Given the recent news on Telesat Lightspeed, what are your views on the company for a longer term hold (say 5 years or more)? Do you see further upside after the recent share price increase?
Thanks
Paul

Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO)
Q: Good morning,
I'm looking at buying an ETF that tracks the S&P 500 for my TFSA account and am considering VFV.CA.
Withholding tax is a concern and given that VFV.CA holds US stocks, would there be a withholding tax on any of the dividends distributed and if so would you kindly recommend a few other similar ETFs that track the S&P 500 where the withholding tax is not a concern. Thank you.

Q: For a non registered account which etfs would your recommend for broad US and for tech exposure and what max weighting would you recommend allocating to these 2 etfs? Would these 2 etfs be the best for US exposure for the TFSA also or would you suggest different ones?
Thanks for your help.

Q: Can I please get your opinion on CYB? It’s been a long term hold in an RRSP and has done well. Do you see it as a continuing long term hold in an RRSP or maybe sell half and put into something else? It is over 10% now.

Q: hello 5i:
more questions/clarification on the CSU warrants:
first, warrants do not HAVE to be exercised, and CSU would wind up with both Series 1 and Series 2 bonds, correct?
second, how do you see trading in the bonds affected? eg. as Series 2 can't be called before 2040, would this make them more valuable than Series 1? Or, if they can be called at any time, would this make them less valuable.
third, the interest rate for the bonds will still follow the same criteria for both Series 1 and Series 2?
fourth, using $10,000 (a round number that makes calculations easier), a holder would then receive 100 warrants? What about numbers that would involve parts of warrants eg. $111,100
thanks for straightening this out
