Q: I have an RESP for our 3 year old son that we opened a couple years ago. Current value is about $35K and comprised of BCE, BIPC and ENB in about equal values plus a slightly higher amount in BPY.UN. Thinking about selling BPY now deal with BAM is finalized and considering adding a couple of more growth oriented companies as focus was more dividend/stability before. Cdn or US stocks or ETF's are fine as options.

Q: Hi 5i,
Are the skies starting to clear for Air Canada? The one remaining cloud that I can see is the potential Fed bailout? I don’t hear much about it anymore. I am thinking that the Feds don’t want to bail out the airlines but hope they make it to the other side with the vaccines rolling out. I think the trade-off was a full refund of fares, which the airlines have resisted so far. What are your thoughts on this for AC? I have some shares but am wondering if this will be a catalyst or not?
Thanks again.
Dave

Q: Lot of investors with astronomical results pick up good companies way earlier than others. I am following some people on Twitter with results of like 1000% in one year. How do you identify these companies early when they have minimal revenues but something in demand. What would be the top 5 go to stocks in this category in Canada and US which no one really knows much about and with not much analyst following?

Q: Hi the great team, in the past you have mentioned exceptional growth companies. My guess is that you are referring to revenue and eps growth. Please name 5 of such companies with less risk. Thanks.

Q: I have recently received rights issued from a common share holding in SQM. I can't locate information on the rights, e.g., right to buy at? time expiration - can you provide some insight or, alternatively, a link that provides that information. I've looked on the company website, investor news releases and looked up the rights on the TMX (ADR) but can't find anything

Q: i have held this for about 5 years and it has basically done nothing despite all the promises from management for change/consolidation etc. Would you support continuing to hold or am i better switching to a better growth name. i am retired so i like a bit of income in addition to share price appreciation. i already own ABBV and MDT and do not want to add to these positions. i am better off in Merck or PFE?

Q: Hi guys - you've mentioned a few times that the market has shifted from growth to value recently. Assuming we can't time the market with any consistency over the long term, how could someone who is dollar cost averaging take advantage of theses rotations in the future from an ETF perspective? Would it make sense to buy VUG (growth) and VTV (value) and actively purchase more when one fund is considered "down"? Is there a strategic way to determine which fund you would allocate more dollars to with each monthly purchase? Thanks for the guidance.

Q: My question is regarding value metrics for CPX. I compared EV/Revenue for the above utilities and CPX is lowest at 4.66, followed by FTS at 5.96. FTS has the lowest P/B at 1.49; CPX is the next best at 2.00. As an income/value investor, is CPX a value diamond in the rough? I know it keeps missing estimates, but I would get a yield of about 5.5% while waiting for financial results to improve. Your comments very much appreciated.
Thanks!
